What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to interact with my clients virtually wherever they live

If not subscribed, Zoom will stop you after 40min whether you have 1 or more client on zoom.
They should put back to unlimited time or 2 hours minimum if you only talk to 1 client

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the video, being able to record, and the ability to share screens and other useful visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had is the links are a bit clunky when pasted and sent.

It helps get communication open between parties who cannot otherwise be able to have that "face to face" connection.
Zoom Saves so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
The best is the time savings. The fact that you can have a meeting without traveling and parking, and polluting is very positive. Picture and audio quality is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
When people put in notes, unless you remember to save, you will lose those after the zoom meeting. If there was some mechanism to remind you that there are notes that aren't saved, would be very helpful, and then allow you to save, even if you've left the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple meetings can be done very quickly. It saves time and energy not only for yourself but environmentally as well. Meetings with people around the world are possible with ease, and although personal contact is the best, with covid, and the expense of travel, this is the next closest, and BEST thing!
Perfect for Business Owners
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to communicate one-on-one with my colleagues and feel as if we are in the room together. The best part about zoom is being able to from anywhere and have a professional background, no matter where I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not having access in some way to webinars without paying extra. I feel that there could be an added version of webinars for zoom pro that has a limited number of invitees for smaller businesses. Then, as you grow, you could upgrade. Like having a Zoom Pro+Webinar with maximum of 25 invitees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to schedule multiple meetings because of time constraints. It is helping me stay in touch with people regularly with more face-to-face contact without having to travel far.

What do you like best about the product?
Recording meetings are great for meeting note recaps. Playing the audio back to ensure you did not miss anything is valuable! Other video calling options I've used just don't seem to be as seamless of a process in reviewing the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any bad experiences. All features available are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covid really changed the way we do business. We've been able to utilize Zoom for interviews to limit contact, meetings with the cities and contractors that cannot meet in central locations and conduct staff meetings with those still working remotely.

the many videos to help you understand how to use Zoom effectively. The availability of the network always being on and dependable with a global reach. I prefer it over Skype

There are not enough background filters, and the time zone could be more user-friendly when booking calls in the UK and Mexico. Make the time zones easier to find

Less in-person travel. Users are familiar with Zoom and will use it on camera or off. It is more productive for me since it is a very user-friendly network. Not sure

What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom to host calls for an online class I teach. I appreciate the ability to create recurring calls, record calls, and give access to the recording.

There isn't a lot that I dislike about zoom.

The ability to teach a class to people all over the county or even the world. Zoom make things accessible.

sometimes there is feedback from users when there are audio issues on their computers

Real time meetings with architects, contrators and end users to assist with design and modifaction when necessary.
Zoom has been an amazing resource!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been so amazing for so many reasons. First, the convenience of the application has made communication so incredibly easy and accessible. Zoom is also very affordable. I use zoom for work very often and appreciate the blurred background feature as well. Zoom also allows me to keep in touch with family who are out of state and includes them in big moments of my life they would otherwise miss. For example, I had a virtual housewarming and baby shower via zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I would say I dislike about zoom. I would say the copy and past invitation links have way too much included, but i am unsure if there is much that can be done about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of requiring me to attend in-person meetings and getting rid of the negative feeling I have if I can only call into a meeting using my phone.
Somewhat disappointing!
What do you like best about the product?
Most people have familiarity with the tool so the learning curve is short. Breakout room capabilities are excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom changes account rules without enough notice or visibility. We were able to host more than 100 people in our convenings on Zoom but yesterday we noticed a cap of 100 after the meeting started and people could not join. Zoom could have made an exception and billed us later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing participation from people who either have long commutes or are in other parts of the country/world. I am not sure if it lends to an improvement in productivity.
