Zoom is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the shared screen capability as well as the recording feature. I use Zoom for my business which has been such a great addition to delivering a great service to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are times that I don't see people in the waiting room. Also, I have a limited about of space when it comes to saving my recording to the cloud without purchasing more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom is solving is convenience. I can meet clients from the comfort of my phone and I don't need to rent an office. Clients don't need to spend their car and waste time commuting to meet me. Zoom allows me to see more clients in a shorter window and helps clients move on to their next task/meeting without having to block a lot of their time. I am also able to service clients anywhere in the country. Without Zoom and having just in-person, I was limited in the area I could work with people. Now, with Zoom, I can meet with anyone, anywhere.
Great experience every time
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on both laptops and phones. Never a connection error, or lagging video and audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The experience I have using Zoom has been 99% effective and useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home, and need to able to consistently connect with my clients. Zoom is the most effective tool for this.
Great for coaching business
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with my scheduling app (acuity), webinars, sharing features, and recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest problems for me are the trouble with my internet connection lol. Not sure zoom can help with that but if you can, great.

Allowing me very easy way to see and talk to my clients while giving them recordings to watch later

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and use for my purposes. Participants don't have to be a member of Zoom to sign on.
What do you dislike about the product?
See little downside. Has many features that I don't use or know of, but haven't taken the time to learn if I had a need. Zoom provides educational webinars that I could use but haven't taken the time to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally use Zoom for chatting with friends and sharing discussions of mutual interest. Have not used for direct business needs lately. Several years when I was consulting used Zoom to discuss projects.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is unbeatable compared to many other video platforms. Buttons and controls are easy to find. Quality is always great with minimal lag. Sound is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit on the expensive side, especially when there are free alternatives with Google. But the ability to take polls, hold webinars, etc are all features that the free ones lack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, Zoom helped numerous companies get together for meetings and other workplace needs. Even after work, game nights on Zoom was a popular thing!
Easy to use for our end users
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use for end users who aren't very technical. The functioanlity is great and we haven't had technically issues as we have with other systems. Easy to administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently have multiple systems so getting everyone to utilize the same platform has been difficult. We do have people using Teams and Cisco Webex because of client commitments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This benefits our work from home and hybrid workers. Makes it easy for us to communicate and collaborate with companies also on Zoom. Additionally Zoom has been cost effective and easy to implement.
Made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can personalize my zoom link as it makes it easier to remember & share. We people having to memorize so many things, the fact that I was able to customize it to something that was easier makes me happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I have with zoom is that I wish I didn't have to have multiple screens in order to be able to access some other features when I'm presenting

Zoom is familiar with a lot of people as well so most people know how to navigate using the platform regardless of their age so don't have to be a pro to be able to use it.
Solid platform that embraces connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly platform. The ability to connect with minimal issues.

There is nothing I dislike. I think the platform is dong a great job fo users.

The ability to stay connected in a global world. It removes barriers to meetings.
I use zoom daily; It a great communication tool to bridge people together.

Screen sharing is most helpful. It's what I use to create clients & allow them to sign documents & what not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtual Backgrounds can get a bit annoying at times if the lighting isn't perfect or if an item stands out in the background.

It's solving the problem of my creating clients for my business outside of my state of residence
My Zoom Experience as a therapist
What do you like best about the product?
The easy flow, straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people get confused with how to fix their audio. Some people have been unable to connect to their audio which takes away time during the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure. They have discontinued the free one on one sessions which is frustrating.
