An easy way to go live on the internet
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an easy way for you to hold meetings online or share events online or conduct training online. I doubt we will ever stop using Zoom for some types of meetings - it is just too convenient. It is easy for people who are not technically adept to use. It makes us look good online.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only we could use multiple cameras when creating content thru Zoom. And better control the audio levels of videos. Addressing these issues would be a huge help. It would also be helpful to be able to set individual passwords for zoom events inadvertently changing the password for previously scheduled events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to include in our meetings and activities team members who are not able to travel to our location. We are able to create good-looking content and share it online.
Perfect platform for my weekly online class
What do you like best about the product?
During Covid my in person art class complete halt. During Covid my my in person art class completely came to a halt. He was thanks to zoom that I was able to continue teaching art online. Not only that I was also able to teach students that were outside of my own city. The zoom not only help me to continue my art class business and also expanded it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to share images on chat. That way I can share inspirations and ideas for my art class when folks join the class. I still have to continue to do that on email or on phone chat which is not convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me teach my art class from the comfort of my home. My students can also do the same. Zoom has expanded my art business to students outside of my city.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and how easy it is. Super easy to navigate!
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limits before purchasing zoom for our business. After we purchased there weren't any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really helped use to be able to see each other and communicate virtually during the pandemic. We have continued to use it because it has advanced us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Zoom integrates with a variety of other systems and platforms such as Zapier; Google Calendar etc. It makes automation tasks a dream to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is something I swear Zoom used to have as a feature, and that was giving people the ability to join a Zoom meeting on their computer without having to download the application; ie join via browser. I'd love this to come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lockdowns and isolation would have completely destroyed my business if it wasn't for Zoom. I was able to stay productive and run my business almost as nothing had changed.
SOLID AND DEPENDABLE PRODUCT
What do you like best about the product?
I never have to worry that something will go wrong with the platform when I am using it to conduct business. I hold meetings and webinars where the attendees are less savvy with technology than I am. They find it easy as well - basically a click or two and they are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your tech support used to be very fast and helpful; not so much anymore. That said your support documents have improved over time and tech support is not needed as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run webinars using the meeting platform where I have experts teach career development professionals about new information and new techniques and tools. I could not do this without Zoom. Since so many of my colleagues use Zoom so the familiarity takes away the headache of helping people get into the room, use the chat feature, etc. The platform is inexpensive and accessible to many.
My Essential Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The facility of gathering a group in an effective way; the break-out rooms, the ability to see participants (including me) at an equal screen size and the facility of setting up and conducting meetings. I use Zoom very, very often and it has transformed my ability to connect easily with clients and save me commuter time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd like to be able to do would be to assign someone else to co-host BEFORE the meeting begins. Other than that, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Distance; I can connect with people anywhere
- I run leadership training and I can conduct the training and move people easily into break-out rooms, duplicating much of what I can do in person
- Allowing me to do more in a day.

Review for my business and Bible Study group
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom for appointment interviews for my Wedding Officiating business and also use it with my Bible Study Group. It really hastaken the place of personal interviews, which require finding a place to interview and also takes less time out of my busy schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. It works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting together with client quickly. It's easier working and making time with everyone's schedules.
Zoom makes my skin look flawless!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have options to have others share their screens. Also, options to mute others, or request to unmute. The video quality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I schedule a meeting, and join early, then it tells my guests that I'm in another meeting. Doesn't happen often, but very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When training people, having them share their screen helps me to teach.
Game Changer for my Law Firm
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to work remotely and reach my clients who are located across the country. It also allows me more freedom to be with my family and still be able to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my clients are not tech literate and it is frustrated with explaining how to connect to the audio when on the cell phone. Most clents use a cell phone so this can be very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I first started to use Zoom during the pandemic. It allowed me to continue my law practice and continue my free legal clinics during the pandemic. Now it has become a normal part of my practice and allows more options for my clients.
Zoom has been an incredible business tool - even before the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
When assisting clients with software features and general support, the ability to have them share their screen (and having that occur seamlessly regardless of the computer/software platforms involved) is a game-changer. Instead of providing verbal instruction and hoping the user understands, they can be guided to the correct screen options and quickly redirected if their gaze/mouse pointer is in altogether the wrong place. This technique also then provides the opportunity to notice whether there are learning disabilities at play (dyslexia, ADHD, etc.) and allows me to modify my instruction accordingly. I was the first person on our team that started using Zoom way back (before the pandemic), and it has at least halved the time it takes to resolve a support issue and to train users on software features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience periodic syncing issues on my end related to the different Zoom versions (browser, desktop app, mobile app). If they all offered the same features, this probably wouldn't occur. (Note: I have NOT taken time to look into this, so it's possible there's a solution I'm not aware of).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As was implied in my first comment, the training and support I now provide our users is hands-down MUCH better than before I started using Zoom and scheduling "share screen" sessions rather than trying to handle everything over the phone. Also, if a user calls for support, I can quickly "on the fly" start a Zoom session and send them an invitation so that we can continue "on session".
