Low hassle video-conferencing solution
What do you like best about the product?
My company has been using Zoom since 2020, and it's worked well for the various meetings we've had with folks throughout the USA and even internationally.
I liked that the quality is relatively good, and it has its own stand-alone app for Mac and PC that just works.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are other solutions that are free (or lower cost) to us. However, I've still been using Zoom because of overall quality (and that it's not within a web browser).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have meetings that are high quality (and supports high-quality web cams) without needing to travel/commute.
Not terrible but there's always room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for meeting up with my friends and clients. I appreciate that there are now integrations for Miro and other productivity apps. These integrations make it far more useful than Google Hangouts or Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
A spotty connection can cause Zoom to glitch really badly. Also, there have been a few times where switching between cameras has caused Zoom to crash. I hate breakout rooms. I think they are the most jarring experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm happy to use Zoom to teach classes and also to use programs like Miro in my meetings with colleagues. My clients like the ease of use and level of interactivity the app integrations provide.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
They constantly add new features. It's the most robust app I've used. It's able to keep high quality even when internet is patchy and troubleshoots with you. It's easy for first timers to participate and has tons of options beyond that for pros.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Occasionally screen recording is more complicated than it needs to be. I've had a Call ended when someone is assigned as host and leaves cos they're not realizing it's then but that's not really the app's fault.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves specifically the need for platform that can be both simple when needed and advanced for those who want that.
Solid service with great Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and link to my scheduling platform, calendar, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
How much it costs. Not that it's overly expensive for what it is but would love to lower my overhead where I can while I try to revive my business post-covid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with my clients easily and being able to share recordings after our sessions. LOVE the easy cloud record and share.
Zoom Goes! (Hence the Name)
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's interface is second to none. The ability to change video screen layouts and sizes are A1. I like that the settings are fully customizable both before you turn camera on as well as during the actual meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to know if a participant is going to show up as spotlighted on recorded content. Still trying to learn how to use Zoom to the full for those who use American and other Sign Languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conduct 25% of all my ASL interpreting work via Zoom. I do some of these assignments using MS Teams and other inferior applications and these just don't cut it quite like Zoom.
Bringing our Provincial Association together
What do you like best about the product?
We are a provincial membership association. It is difficult for all of our members to travel to meet in person. Zoom allows us to meet with greater ease and frequency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, not all of our members have the internet capabilities to enable their cameras during meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed us to meet and continue our business during Covid.
Amazing Resource!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to provide my services to potential clients that are hours away from where I am. It continues to evolve and different items are added to Zoom which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything from Zoom. However, I just need to take the time to get up to date with the new items that have been updated within Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me tremendously by allowing me to serve current and potential clients that I would not have otherwise been able to help. It continues to help me with my business. I don't use Zoom every day but when I do need it, it is a big help. Many people still do not want to meet in person due to the Covid pandemic so this is a great alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add on services as needed. For example while I have and use the meeting account, from time to time the Webinar account is needed. More more user friendly than other services I have used. The support services are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be a nice feature to be able to edit and re-upload the recordings. I prefer using the Zoom Cloud service for this. Also, there should be an intermediate level for the Cloud service, more than for the meeting license, but less than the next tier. Another issue is that the support is not good when a question is posed; most of the time the question is not answered, but the answer is for another question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is not only allowing virtual meetings that are easy for others to join, but their webinar service is excellent for multiday educational sessions. While I use the Webinar, I have not completely understood the other services they offer for multiday educational sessions.
Non-technical user
What do you like best about the product?
I am not very technically savvy, but Zoom has made it possible, and fun, to successfully connect with clients, prospects and lead a team. I am so happy to be able to use this technology.

I have not encountered any downsides to Zoom. It has always worked well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to receive training from various RVP's across the country. This has increased my proficiency in every area of my business and also allows me to train others better.
