Zoom is by far the best video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Zoom, and the ability to access via mobile or computer. I also like the screen-sharing capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way it integrates with a third-party calendar. I would like to add a recurring event but not require it to connect to a third-party calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing people to come together, with video or without, to share their screens or not. It allows teams to meet.
Zoom is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest platform we have tried. We work with a variety of ages, from kids to elder adults, and the ease of use is key for crossing this wide age gap. Also, the consistency of experience across device types makes it easy to troubleshoot with participants remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that every time someone logs in there is a loud announcement about being recorded, especially when we are recording something and it Interupts the recording, however, I understand this is an important feature, I just wish it was less distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our congregations and youth groups during the pandemic and finding ways for our groups to be in relationship despite social distancing. Even though much fo what we do has returned to 'normal' pre-pandemic, we still utilize zoom regularly to connect groups that are not geographically central to one another.
Great! I’ve used it for work and for keeping in touch with friends!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and easy to share! I like that I can copy and paste the link and drop it into the group chAt or if I'm at work I can instantly spin up that chat and send it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My COVID it allowed me and all of my friends to stay in touch and we use it to this day! We have weekly zooms even with our friends who live in different cities in the same state!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom should probably have a meeting attendance feature. It's not integrated with outlook which makes sense - but a feature that allows you to import a list of invitees would be nice.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. I haven't had many glitches. Unlike some other platforms, this one seems secure and more user-friendly and functional. I have not had any issues using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, I feel like it could be cheaper. If there was a per use option that might be nice. I found it hard to try and figure out how to set up a background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely with clients that are all over CA so Zoom makes this possible otherwise I would be limited to only local business. It gives me access to people that I would not normally have access to.
Very user friendly even for non tech people.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it updates quickly, high-resolution video and I use the Pin to multiple screens a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it is barely a dislike, sometimes if don't make sure it is updated prior to a meeting there can be a glitch in joining a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Functionality across different operating systems, networks, and even continents.
Zoom has made meetings very efficient. No need for office setups
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom's screen sharing option. I also love that they have breakout rooms. it is very manageable and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
During breakout rooms, I cannot force the participants to be put into their assigned rooms. There should be an option where I could override them into putting them into their respective rooms instead of having to do it themselves. There should also be an option where we can pin messages in the chatbox for attendance link or file links for everyone to see everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem that the pandemic created. It made connecting with colleagues easier and it made communication easier. It also enabled opportunities for those who cannot attend the meetings in person.
Decent enough without the fringe benefits of other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use; accessible for clients; encrypted unless an attendee is using an unsecured link
What do you dislike about the product?
The time lapse tracker of each session is no longer available.
Doesn't have additional features as other platforms.
Has added apps one has to pay for or, when there are free options (usually temporary), there's a quagmire of figuring out the catch for each.
And Zoom has a monopoly in the market, forced free users to pay by reducing the free hour to 40 minutes ...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing an encrypted platform for confidential conferencing.
Changed the Way I do Business.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate, even for people who have limited computer skills. I love the addition of the white board and have always liked being able to share my screen for presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it is a downside but it would be good to be notified when i am coming to the end of scheduled recurring meetings. I have had recurring meetings that have ended but I would like to continue the meeting with the same meeting ID and I have had trouble figuring out how to extend the meeting once the number of meetings has been reached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom now allowed me to do my facials in groups not limited to my city. It also allows my participants to do them safely from their homes. We also have a study group that used to meet twice monthly and zoom has allowed us to meet every week because we can each meet from our respective homes and the presentations are easier to walk through.
Better than the rest and getting better
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple screens, ability to move people around, ability to set pronouns
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit of 2 screens, pronouns not required, no ability to set an ASL interpreter as a constant and sizable presence on screen, no ability to recognize movement for prominence (vs sound), constant badgering of mute even when one hasn’t joined audio (I am often in ASL-only mtgs so audio is irrelevant)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to meet with colleagues (and also friends) who live far away, allows me to provide in-service training to people in my field
Faithful Zoom User Since Before the COVID 19 Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
I have used other video conferencing pla
What do you dislike about the product?
T forms such as WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Google Meets. Zoom is the most user friendly platform hands down! I www able to learn it quickly and teach others how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I belong to an organization in which all of us are located in different states so in person meetings are near impossible. We have been using the platform for our board meetings for years now and it's been a real game changer.
