Zoom works!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to conduct business, Bible Study, and connect with family and friends. There are several benefits with working with Zoom because I am able to share information from my computer, as well as sharing music or audio with those who are in the Zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the limits for not upgrading your Zoom account. For instance, you can use 40 minutes with Zoom Free Account, but in order to have more minutes, a webinar, or breakout rooms, I must pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has numerous updates that cause Zoom to work better each time. This benefits me because it lets me know that the Zoom staff is continuing to improve Zoom. Because of these updates, helps me to conduct better business meetings.
Great Platform for presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to gather a large group onto a presentation and have the opportunity to see them; making it interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit for the individuals that do not pay monthly premium fees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The opportunity to condense time by reaching a larger amount of individuals at one time. The opportunity of not having to drive to individual locations.
It is user-friendly and reliable. It has helped me a lot for work and personal communication.
What do you like best about the product?
It takes seconds to set up a one-time meeting or recurring meetings. It's very easy to invite others. And there are a lot of options in the settings to customize the session.
What do you dislike about the product?
When playing music (I teach dance classes on Zoom) the sound and the image are not always in sync. Even playing the sound through the computer doesn't always work well. Sound could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it possible for me to work from home and to reach my international students without having to travel as much. It's more convenient and cost-effective.
Zoom is easy to set up and use on a variety of computing platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is available on many computing platforms and has feature parity between them. It is also easy to set up on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it to have auto-caption features built into the software like Microsoft Teams. I would also appreciate an upgrade in video quality (but I realize that depends on a user's computing platform).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a way to share programming and presentations all over the country for the organization I am working for. Zoom has given us the ability to reach individuals who can't attend our programs in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share my screen with my clients and provide mouse control has been amazing for making my speech therapy sessions more interactive and fun for my clients. I also love having access to the whiteboard and use the annotate feature quite often to draw and type while using screen share during my sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to pay for a pro account due to the 40-minute time limit. I wish this time limit only applied to meetings with more than 2 participants.
Also, clients who have a Chromebook can't access mouse control and I have found clients who are using an iPad (rather than a computer) have limited mouse control - they can sometimes click on things but can't click and drag, which is important in many online board games.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Zoom is always working on making its platform as secure and user-friendly as possible. Having access to Zoom has allowed me to continue working with clients during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Everything I need as a business owner
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can stream directly into Facebook and YOuTube. There have been times where I've been blocked from going live inside my FB Group but Zoom saved the day. Using Zoom I could successfully stream into the group with no problems!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to livestream directly into my FB group when I've been blocked by Facebook which makes me more productive. I also pre-record other videos using the software.
All around must-have tool that continues to evolve!
What do you like best about the product?
It is UBIQUITOUS. It is THE solution for online connection and it continues to be the most accessible & effective service out there. I use it a all day, every day.

Zoom takes a bit of fanangling to get all the settings where you want them to be. Some are on the website, some are in the app - and there's no real "preview" of what those settings look like.

Zoom makes it possible for me to work from anywhere with anyone. It's an indispensable tool to my business. It integrates with EVERY tool in my business digital ecosystem & outperforms all the "free options" out there
Zoom has allowed the church to communicate and fellowship during the pandemic and beyond.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows everyone to see each and contribute as well as having the necessary filters to insure the least interruption possible during the virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using any any virtual platform has nothing to do with the actual software but with the internet connections, especially if there is a drop in the connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though it took a while to get used to the platform, the ability to enter the homes of people at any assigned time is a plus. The congregation actually loves being able to worship at home without the fuss of traveling, in our case, long distances to be together.
Secure and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I need to connect in multiple countries and host several meetings a day. The app doesn't seem to crash and the security controls work. I have only ever been in one meeting that got zoom-bombed and it wasn't using all the available security tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were possible to sing together on zoom!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I and most of the rest of the human race started using zoom it has built more new tools than I even want to use. The biggest issues for me have always been security and reliability.
Zoom meets a vital need with excellence
What do you like best about the product?
It is difficult to choose one aspect that is the most helpful, but I think the ease of using a service that is secure and accepted as an industry standard. It is compatible with multiple devices. It is now so well known that no explanation is necessary when onboarding a new client. When we first started with Zoom, it was relatively new, so the ease of use has grown with its wide acceptance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much to complain about with Zoom. When a glitch is encountered 99% of the time, it's more about the connectivity of the internet service than the Zoom platform. The only limit that would be helpful to change is adding the ability to have more than one person on my account to schedule New zoom meetings. I have volunteers that assist our ministry who need to use the account periodically, but they cannot set up a zoom meeting without being added at a cost to the ministry account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We began distance counseling before the pandemic. The other video meeting services available at the time were glitchy, had poor video/audio, and were just not reliable for a one-hour counseling session. A friend recommended this new video call service called "Zoom." after using the other services that were available before Zoom, we were immediately impressed with the quality of Zoom and the features that we didn't have with other services, The Share screen feature is great since many times our clients need to see concepts visually.
