Zoom: an accessible platform for all
What do you like best about the product?
easy connection, user friendly, excellent for facilitation online.
What do you dislike about the product?
when you join in on another zoom pro or site where they've disabled features to facilitate, you can't see your name to make adjustsments
pronouns should be a prompt on it in the joining a mtg questions
it would be great to build in presenter view to have notes on ppt available without having to use advanced screen selection.
it would be also great to have a default mute when the mic is clearly being loud or disruptive sound wise

The New Meeting Place
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and has a variety of options for people who are not used to tech meeting places. Because Zoom is widely used across the globe, it is the best new meeting place.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, security can be better. I have experienced more than one Zoom bombing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with colleagues in different states (time zones) has been a high cost for companies and agencies. Zoom solves the travel costs and keeps employee meeting/travel times to a minimum.
Incredible new way to conduct interviews
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I like the fact that it allows me to conduct interviews with ease and there is no time limit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure how private it is. Once when I was in court there was a lot going on with my camera as if someone was hacking it. But that only happened once. I do not like all the repeat reminders. I think people with iPhones have difficulty getting my invitations in proper format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes having meetings and signing documents that have to be witnessed so much easier. It saves on travel time and therefore enables me to be more efficient in my practice.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the features within a meeting are all pretty good, and user-friendly. I like the way that the videos are laid out and all of the options that you have for different views.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual Zoom website is incredibly confusing. Any time I want to update my profile, create meetings, or manage meetings with lots of guests, it's a total pain. I almost always have to google how to find things because it is impossible to locate what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for connecting with people in different locations -- obviously something that became increasingly important within the last few years. I use it for school and work and appreciate the ability to connect.
Zoom: The most flexible video conferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meetings are more flexible compared with other platforms. Its video quality is one of the main features. Virtual Whiteboard is one of the best features of zoom. Session recording is very helpful for the Users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any particular dislike about zoom. because all the features are very useful.Sometimes face delays in streaming HD videos. Otherwise no issues with zoom. I'm so happy with zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
if I am attending meetings in public places. I can record the session for future reference. So it is very useful for me and I can access the video anywhere at any time.
Zoom is great for remote working!
What do you like best about the product?
That it allows me to work remote. Email is great but sometimes you need a face to face meeting to explain things in more detail, and/or to get a better read of someone's opinion and support on a matter. Being able to share a screen, especially with spreadsheets, yeah, I'm a beancounter, while being able to verbally explain the results makes it easier for others to understand. I find that people don't read a lot of detail in emails so this is a great tool in my profession.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the setup screen was easier to access when you are on a Zoom call and that the virtual backgrounds worked better. (Often times you can see your hair vibrating when using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure what problems Zoom is trying to solve. I haven't brought any complaints to Zoom personally.

Zoom is user-friendly, feature-rich, and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. Reliability is only an issue when you have a weak internet connection. When there is an issue with connectivity, it is hard to determine if the problem is on your end or with the other person.

Zoom allows me to easily communicate seamlessly with people from all over the world. I rely on Zoom for sales calls, presentations, and for educational purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user-friendly especially for those who are not very tech savvy. It's easy to learn, and uncomplicated even for those who are not very familiar with video calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video call interface can be ramped up a bit, instead of just looking at boxes, maybe there's something more fun Zoom can design for trainings, classes, events, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. Before Zoom, there are mundane things you will need to communicate through a face to face meeting. Now, everything can be communicated through Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about zoom is that I can meet anywhere and always share what is on my computer.

I do miss the in-person meetings. It's easy to gauge people easier when you are in the same room as they are.

It is keeping me safe from covid and allowing me to interact and share info over the screen any time I want. It is allowing me to be more productive
Easy to use, universally understood by users.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. The most difficult part is getting the app installed. After that, my clients just have to click on the link to get started. Zoom can integrate with a bunch of different programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Closed Captioning needs to be improved. Sometimes it's confusing when I'm sharing my screen to be able to see my clients and monitor their understanding at what is being taught.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of connecting virtually from wherever you are. I have clients all over the united states that I can reach via Zoom. It also allows me to share what I need to show my clients easier. (I love using visuals)
Recording is easy. I can record my podcasts, webinars, videos, and course content with Zoom and download it to work with later.
