Keeping connected with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides a great way for me and my clients to stay connected that is easy to use, familiar, and flexible. THis provides me with greater ability to help those who need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clients are confused about their need to install Zoom before use, which can make them uncomfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me face-to-face real-time communication with clients and potential clients from all over my state with no travel time, and increased flexibility.
Long Time Believer
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is the presentation POWER. I have been using Zoom for: Simulcasting live training events for those who cannot attend in person. This beats Webex and Teams hands down. How do you say, I've tried the rest ... I'll stick with the best. Great pricing too! I have 2 paid accounts and 2 free accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that is a let-down. The add-ons with games and such is "next level" thinking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped immensely with keeping in contact during the pandemic, and has become "the new normal" in business. Reduces travel, yet keeps the team together. In my personal life, we have even had dance parties and costume parties over Zoom that were a blast!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, and the overall production of the video and audio during the meetings we hold on Zoom every single week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that it does seem the connection/video quality is lacking so meetings are forced to be run without video. It could be our connection, but that happens infrequently but frequently enough to the point that I do not believe it is a connection issue as much as it is a Zoom issue that particular day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made monthly meetings with current clients a breeze. We have been able to not only stay in contact with our clients so much more, but I have also been able to expand our company's reach and employees outside of our area. It has been a huge benefit for us.

What do you like best about the product?
how easy it us to use, and no downtime. I find that the background blur tool is great so no one sees your house and it feels more professional. This makes it easier to focus as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, zoom works really well i have not had any issues with zoom. I think the one thing that can be better is being able to add users at a cheaper price point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to communicate long distance and seeing people's faces across the world. This makes it so much easier for my team to do their job and understand what we do and why.
Zoom runs my business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been the backbone of my company. We love how easy it is to use, and integrate into all our day-to-day activities. It makes everything we do at my company simplified for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about zoom. I think the only issue I have with zoom is that there are so many features to toggle on and off in settings. Sometimes I have to play with the system before it grows the way I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of having to have a physical location for meetings or trying to talk to prospects in person. My project managers, leaders, and sales team all use zoom to meet across the globe without issues.
Easy to use and very high call quality
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is "always on" and intuitively easy to use. Plus, the image quality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is that, when I embed a zoom link in an Outlook calendar invite and then, later, move that meeting around (e.g., schedule changes), the Zoom link goes "stale" and no longer works... and can't be removed from the invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to conduct workshops remotely, which means less travel for me.
Zoom is a Lifesaver for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly. It's easy to set up meetings and to schedule recurring events. It's easily accessed, regardless of location/method - the Zoom app on my phone has been as reliable and convenient as accessing it in the office on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of a paid account is a bit high and some features are only available to those who choose to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had several employees decline the COVID vaccines due to various factors (preference, health, etc.) and for them, continuing to meet remotely is still the best, safest option for them. It's also very convenient for employees who do not have reliable transportation to our various office spaces and it saves travel/parking time for people who have several meetings in one day.
A great tool for connecting!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how zoom allows anyone from anywhere around the globe to connect with others you normally could not connect with face to face. It's like a coffe date from the comfort of your home or fave coffee shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it pretty expensive if you're on the payed plan but aren't using it on a frequent basis. It would be nice if there was an option based on total hours used throughout the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped me connect with people on a global level, which has allowed me to expand my business. I find it to be one of the easiest solutions to connect with others.
Essential Remote work tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a key tool we utilize for remote meetings, especially being a fully dispersed team. Getting video calls with team members and clients is crucial to building our relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had many dislikes in regards to Zoom. Mainly, it's user errors where people don't know how to mute/unmute or find their camera and settings. So clearer instructions for first-time use could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote team dispersed around the world and Zoom helps us get video calls with our team and clients so we're able to have stronger relationships and connections.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Platform has never been down. Navigability is simple. Features are easy to access and settings are easy to change. Dark mode makes the client easy on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removal of a personal note sometimes hasn't "stuck" for me in the past, meaning that there have been times I thought I removed mine but in actuality, I hadn't. That's honestly the only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote employee training has been great to do over Zoom; without it, I'd have struggled immensely with the onboarding and training of new hires.
