The Go To Meeting App for Business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of integrations available via Zoom with other software such as my calendar and Eventbrite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty in doing concurrent sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with communities around the world is a necessity for the community outreach work we do. This way of meeting allows us to capture audiences we wouldn't otherwise have access to.

Keeps My Business Zooming

What do you like best about the product?
As a professional photographer I have clients that work all types of hours. Zoom allows me to meet with a client and review images or edits at a time convenient for my client without me having to meet them at the studio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Zoom functions differently on different types of devices; tablets, phone, laptop, I do have to spend time helping a client new to zoom learn how to use it on their specific device. Maybe offer a quick video tutorials related exactly to their type of device, when new clients sign up to use zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's pretty obvious that after 2 years of pandemic clients and collaborating contractors may never go back to meeting in person as often. I'm grateful that in a zoom meeting I can share ANY type of software that I have on my laptop with those in my zoom meeting, including video and audio.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use & the fact that it is user-friendly to non-tech people (Luddites).
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Zoom! It is always reliable & there when you need it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all our board meetings with Zoom & it has been a lifesaver the past few years! We are more productive in our meetings & they are run much more smoothly via Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly and robust enough to use for most professional purposes. It is also easy to schedule meetings in different time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodic sound issues - not able to hear people trying to connect

Allows me to teach and facilitate remotely reaching larger numbers of people and safely given COVID

What do you like best about the product?
The recording feature, so my clients don't feel the need to take notes and can be fully present during coaching sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I'm either having trouble finding an audio alert feature for when my clients enter the waiting room, or there isn't one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to expand my business from inperson sessions to virtual sessions. I now have the ability to serve clients across the US and overseas.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has changed our business from and in person only model to a more flexible in-person and virtual process. We can reach clients and prospects in a way that would have seemed impossible before. The intergration with our current programs has made things easier with Zapier and reduced the amount of man hours used to do daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
How to organize and edit webinar videos. I am not tech savvy by any means and would like the opportunity to edit and share my videos right from the Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made reaching clients that were not able to get into the office much easier. We are now able to send our educational webinars immediately or rebroadcast them when before our clients and prospects would have had to wait for our next live seminar.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a Universal tool that people from any level of tech knowledge can use. We use it to stay connected with clients from other states or to meet more frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio quality can be less than ideal, but Zoom has done a lot to decrease the number of audio issues. There is not much to complain about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we cant stay connected with our clients, it is difficult to serve them to the level that we would like. Zoom helps us stay connected through audio and video.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom for online live course delivery since 2015 and have found it to be the most reliable - I don't have to fear having to spend time on tech troubleshooting that detracts from getting started with group sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve with setting up live courses on Zoom and figuring out which features are best for your purposes (and how to find them), but this is inevitable with any service. I think some of the features could be displayed in more intuitive places. I find I have to teach the same basic features to new clients repeatedly (i.e. how to blur their background, etc.), which tells me that they are housed in awkward places where even tech-savvy people have difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with people from all corners of the globe and Zoom is the standard for live meetings. I know it works in almost any area of the world.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using zoom is the seamless way it integrates with so many other tools and apps. I can have my Dubsado scheduler create client meetings for me automatically in zoom, sync with my calendar so I'm never overbooked, and record client meetings automatically so I don't have to remember to do it. Plus, the ability to add third-party apps is a game changer. Transcripts and note-taking add-ons let me capture all the details I'll need later while staying present and focused in the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any real issues on my end, but I have worked with people who've had trouble connecting or installing the zoom app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a brand designer working with clients remotely, a video meeting solution is critically important to me. I need to connect with my people in real time and see their faces at certain points in my process, and zoom makes this really easy in most cases. In addition, as I mentioned before the integration with my client management software helps me stay organized and prevents overwhelm, and the third party apps that can add transcripts and notes to a recording are gold.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless everything is. I rarely experience any glitches and the software is easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really can't think of too much not to like about zoom. Maybe one day the video technology will get to a point where we have no connection errors or feedback delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the only video software we use. Our group has experienced issues in the past with other video software platforms. We are more productive using zoom.
