Far better than the rest!
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Zoom is user friendly, online support is relatively effective, I like the meeting recording options, how simple it is to get your recordings, and the storage format. I also love the breakout room function and how easy it is.
Mostly, the alternatives are horrible. Microsoft teams is pathetic and a disaster (really anything microsoft). Google meets is ok, Cisco and others are way behind the user experience of zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the billing information and the way the accounts/subscriptions are laid out are very easy to understand and follow. It's not too bad, but def could be better. I'd also like to see a wider offering or more options for the varying accounts/subscription fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I guess it's solving the user-friendly nature of these online meeting platforms. It's allowing me to deliver a variety of options, webinar-style versus more intimate meeting formats with people's screens on and breakout rooms.
I just think it's better than the competition, so that's why I like to use it and will continue to do so!

Zoom is extremely practical.
What do you like best about the product?
As an attorney, it helps with efficiency and allows for greater flexibility in scheduling as events do not have to be in person. Ease of scheduling is great. Very functional platform. Definitely, the platform that I prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Break out room are only available when using either a desk top or a laptop not on any mobile devices, such as iPads. I would like that function to be available on these other devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the onset of the pandemic, this platform has allowed our business to continue to operate. Our overall performance has been helped because it allows for less travel time to Court.

What do you like best about the product?
I worked for an organization that tried many different video call meeting platforms, and we chose Zoom in about 2017. Having a lot of experience with it, I recommended it to other groups and committees I worked with when the pandemic began. I have used it for classes, arts events, consultations and, of course, meetings. It is easy to give participants basic instructions (such as how to turn their mic on and off and rename themselves), and facilitators can choose from a variety of helpful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally participants run into glitches, often because their wifi connection is unstable or they have a problem with their settings. It's fairly easy to learn to troubleshoot glitches and prevent security problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several of the groups, committees, and organizations I work with have participants across Canada, and one important one has some in the USA and one overseas. Zoom is how we discuss and plan together.

What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard feature is the best I've used. It's easy to annotate PDFs or anything else on my screen. Their drawing tools seamlessly integrate. It's a great solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I'll go to launch my Zoom Meeting just a minute or two before my scheduled appointment and be told it has to install an update, which makes me late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes the world a smaller place by enabling me to connect with my students from around the world. We can work through concepts and practice questions together in a live environment as if we were face-to-face. The sound and video quality is excellent and doesn't require technical expertise to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made it possible for me to continue working during chemo treatments. The connection is clear, I love being able to share screens, and it's easy to use.

I can't think of anything that is not working well.

Working remotely can be a pain, but Zoom makes connecting with people easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me have clear communication with my clients. I love that I never have issues with it cutting out or losing signal like Skype used to. I can easily screen share and show them what I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that zoom automatically cuts off after 40 minutes. I feel like most calls are typically an hour long, which makes me have to pay for the service. I think the cost per month for that feature is too high.

Zoom helps me communicate with clients that live in other states from me. I can get a more in person connection- much better than anything on the phone. It has helped me feel more confident.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can admit people when I'm ready, have the ability to create breakout rooms, can present/share my screen, and also allow others to become a host or share their screen as well. There are many settings that allow me to customize my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectivity is not the best, although it may be due to my and others' individual internet services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves my problem of how to deliver content in a group setting by presenting with everyone muted OR making the meeting discussion-based in an organized way be people raising their hand to speak. They can also contribute to the meetings through the and connect with each other personally through the chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Not needing to travel or relocate to meet with a team saves valuable time. It is easy to share files and discuss as a group. The chat functions work very well and have been quite helpful. There are SO many options...breakout rooms etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you appear on camera - lol. What I dislike is more user errors than the program itself.

Ability to continue business without interruption when factors keep team members apart.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is stable, smooth, and "it just works". It's easy to use additional features such as screen sharing, recording, etc. Great way to keep everyone on the same page and aligned in a remote environment. Also love Zoom Clips to capture short recorded video, been a lifesaver and much cheaper than Loom
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's user interface, user experience can be improved. Nowadays, people typically know how to use Zoom, but it's still not very intuitive for someone coming into the software new. It's expensive and there was an outage a while back

Zoom is helping us solve the video conferencing problem and that benefits us by allowing us to communicate clearly and easily with remote team members, customers, and partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The interactive features and the way that we can easily build training for people and clients. Makes it super easy and accessible. Also, it's easy to do breakout rooms and other features that make the experience better.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I don't like the way breakout room setup can be challenging. Specifically, I'm referring to the ways it's sometimes challenging to change the groups or rebuild specific setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives us access to many different clients and populations that we wouldn't be able to reach if it wasn't for how easily accessible Zoom is for all. Zoom reaches many diff folks.
