Great features and user friendly when doing a video chat or conducting business.
What do you like best about the product?
The reminders and the ability to add notes to the schedule, work great for me to keep my meetings on schedule. The ability to add features makes the presentation valuable and intresting.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the copy and paste of the link being sent, to me, it seems like a lot of information. I would like to see a link and then share it. I normally have to remove certain aspects of the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to extend my business and personal reach across the nation. It enables my team to travel and still have the ability to have a meeting virtually. My team and I enjoy this.
Zoom Meetings Easy, Webinars Not as Much
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meetings are simple to use and users have very few issues when using Zoom meetings. Most users can manage their Zoom meetings themselves. Using Zoom for phone conferences also tends to be relatively simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom webinars are not as simple to use and manage. Less tech-savvy users have more issues with webinars and it's difficult to help them when I cannot understand what their issue is. I wish there was a Zoom one-pager that goes over the basics of Zoom webinars. I've taken multiple Zoom webinars about Zoom but would like something shorter my busier colleagues can review when needed.
In addition, I had a lengthy Zoom issue that was never resolved. For months, I had to do many tests using my cell phone, recorded multiple instances of the issue, and Zoom kept making me do more and more tests but never solved the issue. Whenever I asked for the number to be changed, they would refuse and make me do more tests.

Easy to meet with staff remotely using Zoom.
A great way to connect with colleagues and friends
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling a meeting and use in the meeting. The zoom platform is intuitive and accessible for the simple computer user. I like the ability to record a meeting and send it to those who couldn't meet for review
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting contact process didn't always work for me so I had to coppy and paste the details of the meeting and sign in info. Could be pilot error, but I had troubles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of travel time of meeting participants, costs for travel, issues that cause meetings to be cancelled in person - weather, family issues, pandemics!!
Powerful swiss-army knife but not geared toward lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can host meetings and webinars, work across an organization easily. The live transcript capability is important for those with hearing loss, it's inclusive. It's great you can record by individual speaker screens as well as from the gallery setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a great tool for lead generation - by that I mean capturing engagement in real time in meaningful ways to give prospects an opportunity to take the next step of their customer journey. ON24 is much better for this, though pricier. They have CTA buttons and document galleries on the side that is helpful for prospects to further engage/give you analytics about what they want. If Zoom had this, it'd be the only tool I would use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is how to convene people in a way that is meaningful - that can be different things for different teams, so it's great at being flexible.
Connecting More Than Ever Via Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been amazing at connecting our team members than when we were in the office. It allowed our team members the ability to cohesively work together - while not wasting time driving to the office. It also allowed us to expand our team because we weren't limited by office space.
We are able to poll team members, collaborate and even just connect socially via Zoom at it has revolutionized our company.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that people aren't face-to-face. For some, they can feel disconnected. I also don't like that in my account I can't have multiple meetings going. Sometimes I start a meeting - and then I need to leave and I can't start another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing us to connect and collaborate on our work, sharing the screens and working through budgets. Also giving us space to add more employees when we don't have enough office space. It also allowed us to cut down costs of physical buildings when people can work from home.
Easy to use, even for those who aren't tech-savvy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for 1:1 meetings or for larger meetings. I appreciate how easy it is to use, even for those who typically don't use conferencing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not crazy about the app, as I find it a bit confusing to find all the buttons I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of meeting with long-distance clients! It opens up the opportunity to serve people even if they don't like in my local area.
ZOOM for Non profit organization
What do you like best about the product?
We began holding our meetings, classes and Support Groups on ZOOM when the Pandemic began. It helped us to continue to serve our local community, as well as reach even further to people who may not have previously had access. We will continue to have ZOOM meetings and Hybrid meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be difficult for a NON-Profit, volunteer-run organization. I have had good support, but without a business account, I was unable to get phone support, only email responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to grant access to our programs to people all over the state and even the country. It has also helped us to give access to people who cannot be at an in-person meeting due to health issues.
Great service to be connected to coworkers around the globe
What do you like best about the product?
I find zoom most helpful for leading my team remotely while creating an expansion network in another state. Zoom helps me stay connected with my team not just through voice communication but they see my face! I think that makes a difference in getting ideas through and collaboration is much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about zoom is not really zooms fault, however, oftentimes when someone has bad internet it can get jumbled which doesn't have through a simple phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves my problem of feeling disconnected from my team when I am in another state. I feel like with adding video conferencing it helps me feel like we are still meeting face to face

It is so easy to use Zoom. I know that when I set up a Zoom Meeting that those I invite will not have issues joining.

I do not like the limited recording options.

It makes virtual meetings so easy to schedule. Most of my meetings are virtual and I love it.
Transformed how we work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made my business far more efficient by eliminating both travel time to meetings and the risk of having traveled to a no-show. Integration with web-based scheduling systems and calendars makes setting up meetings easy; transcriptions make meeting notes far easier to complete accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my colleagues use Mac's; integration with their scheduling is weak -- invitations do not always go out and when they do they appear as emails with links rather than as GMail calendar invites that automatically go into my calendar. Also, when I go into screen-sharing mode, the windows for the videos of my colleagues always go to the right of my main screen rather than to where I move them every time (i.e., under my camera so when II am looking at them it looks like I am looking at them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasted travel time. Making group discussions work well. Sharing information dynamically (e.g., working on documents) with remote colleagues. Replacing telephones with a medium that lets me read facial expressions.
