Zoom has changed the way I work.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made it possible for us to connect with people all over the world. We are no longer confined to the local geographic area. We have recently noticed that we have more followers as a result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to make true connections when meeting virtually but the more familiar and comfortable people are becoming when using Zoom, the easier it is getting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing people who are not comfortable in crowds to attend meetings. It also allows those who are ill to continue to attend. Without Zoom, we would be missing out on hearing all voices.
Apps make using zoom a no brainer
What do you like best about the product?
I like zooms core features. Its easy to create meetings in third-party apps (I use Dubsado and other calendar managers), and I have never had an issue. I have been exploring third-party apps that do live transcription and im excited to give those a go!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was easier to use zoom on a browser for those clients who dont have it installed. Its so popular that most do. I also wish the call in option was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remote so without zoom I would have an extremely hard time running my business and getting face time with my clients. Zoom solves the distance and communication issue.
My go-to for Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It's widely compatible across devices and can be used with or without having an account. The simplicity of its user interface is definitely a strong point - particularly on the mobile app
What do you dislike about the product?
The additional zoom apps could be simpler to install and preview. I've only browsed the "apps" tab once or twice and haven't found one worth installing. The process could be streamlined
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conducting business across the country, both with individual colleagues and for recurring meetings with my organization on a national scale. Being able to attend appointments when the distances are too large & being able to live stream training meetings for new hires has changed how we set and conduct both.
Essential to Workplace Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a relatively simple way to connect for a meeting. There used to be a lot of bugs and hiccups (there still are some) but these seem to have been ironed out. Overall the platform is much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be a bit wonky. There are certain circumstances where the login process and connecting to a meeting isn't super smooth. On the whole, Zoom works and works pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for internal company meetings and external meetings with vendors, services, and others. When I need video conferencing and screen sharing Zoom is typically the defacto, especially for people who are outside of my organization.
If you're using anything besides Zoom you're wrong
What do you like best about the product?
Joining a meeting from anywhere is so easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to open my waiting room instead of requiring people to land there.

Connections. You can work with a group of people around the world and still have a personal connection with them through zoom.
Zoom Review - Essential
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has changed the way many of us communicate for work, business, and even social. I remember being a beta tester for Zoom several years back. At that time it was a tool that was mostly only being used in the online education space. It has come a long way since then. Zoom has become essential for many businesses small and large to operate. It is easy to with a quick learning curve and intuitive navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not experienced many downsides directly related to Zoom itself. There is always the possibility of dropped connections and audio/video lag time; however, those are usually related to an internet connection. Meetings with multiple participants can sometimes lead to individuals speaking at the same time in which case it's difficult to follow the conversation as audio is overlapped (however, again this is not an issue related to Zoom itself, just a nuance of meeting etiquette.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with customers, clients and collaborators for business. It has allowed me to work from home efficiently and effectively with a high level of productivity and success.
Excellent Features!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can share my screen and I really love that I can use the remote control feature with my students to help them along. I generally will work with groups of students as well so the screen sharing and annotation helps tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that is that there are too many add ons for subscriptions. Some of the features should be included.I feel that many of the features could easily be included in my subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do online tutoring. Many times I'm able to annotate right on the screen share or I'm able to remote control the screen so that I can help with certain assignments.
Zoom makes my job and life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom has the capacity to have smaller meetings and host training that can be upwards of 100 people for my organization. Zoom also integrates well with it's apps and other platforms, which streamlines my experience with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is mostly helpful. There have been a few times where the platform was down, but this doesn't happen often. Zoom is my go-to platform for all things interacting virtually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to remain interactive in meetings, allows me to have longer, more intensive meetings without worry it'll disconnect and solves the digital divide between some of my clients who may be older and less technologically advanced. Zoom is quick and easy to learn.
Zoom: An adequate application for business users
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom just works. Kind of like a pencil that is on my desk that is helpful whenever I need to write something down, Zoom is the video app for business that meets my basic requirements, which are that it works when it is supposed to.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a word: security. Zoom has had two very serious security related bugs on Macs (including one where it was installing a web server without authorization). It feels like Zoom (at least with the Mac client) hasn't adopted a 2022 business security posture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides a way to video call with business contacts. I'm in sales, and getting "face to face" with a customer helps build credibility and ultimately make sales.
Zoom Into your most effective meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The Screen sharing and the reverse screen sharing. Screen sharing is a must in my business allowing me to share my screen with clients. Reverse screen sharing is as well. Oftentimes my clients are not well versed in computer technology. RS allows them to share their screen with me, I can ask for permission to access their screen and complete tasks on their behalf, or demonstrate a product. This was a game-changer for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any aspect of the software that I don't like. I have issues with my background screen, I contribute that to the age of my computer. For older computers, the use of virtual backgrounds could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home, especially during the pandemic. Zoom has provided a means for me to connect with my customers without having to leave my home office. On a personal level several organizations I participate in have continued to grow and function at a level they had prior to the pandemic.
