Early Zoom Adopter
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Zoom long before it became ubiquitous during the pandemic. We needed better stability than Google Hangouts (which was also a poor choice for screen sharing) and we needed in-platform recording that Skype didn't offer, so Zoom was a great fit for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Zoom pretty much every day so it has become second nature. The only downside is that saving chats wasn't intuitive until I was shown how--a little tougher than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is my answer for both workplace, as well as the foundation I volunteer with--we use it for all our board meetings and other meetings as well. I was glad to bring Zoom there, years ago, as well.
Makes connecting easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can connect with my clients no matter where they are. It has made them attending my class a possibility and I love the apps you can utilize! Zoom is easy to navigate which makes it my pick !
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my passwords I send out don't work for attendees which has possibly cost me clients. this could be better by fixing the bug that causes this to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of having no way to get people educated in important areas of their lives and made it so those who aren't able to leave home to still participate.
ZOOM has transformed my business
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create secure meeting links, co-hosts on my team to help start meetings, recording/sharing capabilities, dial-in options and easy management of attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could get easier transcripts of meetings, smaller-less expensive recording packages, and add additional users on my team for lower cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily meet with people and develop relationships across geographic markets, or even within my own market without having to schedule time for travel. I can also easily connect through my phone and airpods and also connect on my computer for screen sharing at the same time. My team is remote 3/5 days per week and we mostly use ZOOM over Teams, even though we're on a microsoft platform. I also can record meetings for clients and host large groups, which increases my professionality and offerings.
Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have multiple people on one zoom, control the audio, and that it is HIPPA protected. I also love the ease of using backgrounds to blur or hide my work from home environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if I could add music to my recordings. Streamyard has started offering that. I come back to zoom again because it is easier to use the backgrounds and overlays on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet with clients for telehealth. Some of my other telehealth platforms have failed or are very glitchy. I rarely have any issues with zoom.
Best Platform for Remote Classes and Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and have great tools. I love the zoom polls, screen and sound sharing and whiteboard. It makes remote teaching supper easy and fun. Zoom is by far my prefered platform for syncronous online teaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything on zoom works well and smoothly. There is solution for everything that I need. The one thing that mildly annoy me is the freaquant updates. It would be nice to have update once a month rather then every other week or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes remote syncrounos teaching easy, effective and fun! The zoom polls are a great tool to engage students and check their understanding. The share screen and sound option including the white board are increadibly usefull. Last, breakout rooms are a great way to promot stucent interaction and collaboration.
Great way to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. Using Zoom helps me communicate with my clients and with the ability to share screens I save a tremendous amount of time over in person meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes screens freeze which can make getting things done take a bit longer. I'm not sure if it's always a bandwidth problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity has increased and that's a great benefit for my bottom line.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is super helpful because it puts the office in my living room. Allowing me to do business from anywhere and work remotely. This saves time and money on parking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't too much I dislike about zoom except wishing for a consult to see if I'm missing any features that could enhance my experience. It's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a lot of time working things out on my own and reviewing the website. I like to be on my own clock so I often do my homework in the middle of the night.
Zoom is Easy
What do you like best about the product?
That it is an easy 1-click to the Zoom meeting room when the link is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to shift participants into different views such as a circle seating view, office boardroom view, or stadium view, etc. I also host group discussions which in a live environment we would sit in a circle, but on Zoom it is just the block viewing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not being in-person, but more specifically the fact that most people already know how to navigate the platform making it easier for others who are apprehensive about using technology still jump on
Zoom Is Very Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I love the breakout room capability to separate users into smaller groups during a large meeting. I like the ability to be playful with the video backgrounds as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have with Zoom is the removal of infinite meeting times for single basic business users. I understand taking this ability away from the general public, but taking this away from business users as well has caused issues. There should at least be a tradeoff for every license purchased, businesses will also be able to have 1 basic business user with unlimited meeting time for a two-person meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are constantly updating the application. That is a massive plus because known bugs are constantly being patched. That also allows Zoom to come out with better features as well.
Zoom is a one of the best in market for Video Conferencing and Webinars
What do you like best about the product?
I use the premium subscription of zoom for all my corporate meetings. It is priced very competitively to other available vendors in market. It allows screen sharing, recording, audio/video and real-time chat features. The mobile app also works well. Overall I am quite happy using zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Concerning Sharing, there is a need for advanced features. Also, real-time collaboration and survey/pool features could act as added advantage. Assigning multiple co-hosts for a meeting could also be helpful.
