Effortless Meetings and Time-Saving AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to schedule a quick meeting and have lots of features. zoom's AI feature is one of the best- no need to write down the points, after the meeting a good summary with next action items also comes, which really helps in saving time and coordinating next steps
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom have lots of background filters, but the blur option not supporting in all devices. Would be nice if zoom have that feature irrespective of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could easily connect with anyone and convey my points and even present my ideas by screen sharing and also Ai notes helps me in saving my time as they already summarise it and gives the notes on next steps.
Convenient and Reliable for Seamless Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace to be very convenient and easy to use. I like the buttons and keys tab, which are located in places that are easy to reach, so I don't really struggle compared to other meeting software. I appreciate its reliability, especially during meetings, and the fact that it has no issues with connectivity. The setup was pretty straightforward too, as all I had to do was load it onto my PC, use my company email, and everything was good to go. I rate it highly for its overall convenience and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a wider range of background options and the ability to import my own pictures to use as backgrounds. I think incorporating that in Zoom Workplace would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps my team stay connected and brainstorm effectively across large distances, facilitating meetings and dialogues to solve issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom proves to be a dependable choice for everyday meetings, offering stable video and audio quality even when the internet connection is just average. Joining calls is effortless, and screen sharing works quickly. Since most clients already use Zoom, compatibility issues are uncommon. Overall, it handles the essential tasks effectively without requiring much setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beyond its meeting capabilities, the “Workplace” features seem underdeveloped. The chat, document, and collaboration tools do not match the speed or refinement of Slack or Teams. As more features are added, the user interface becomes increasingly cluttered, and the cost for teams escalates rapidly without offering a noticeable boost in productivity. Overall, it’s a solid option, but it doesn’t stand out as particularly inspiring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace primarily addresses the challenge of dependable, hassle-free remote communication. It simplifies joining meetings, sharing screens, collaborating with external clients, and conducting calls without concerns about compatibility or complicated setup. Personally, I find the greatest advantage is its predictability—meetings consistently work, even on average network connections, which saves time and reduces unnecessary coordination. While it ensures communication remains effective, it doesn't notably enhance deeper collaboration or overall workflow efficiency outside of meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace because it's not glitchy and just works smoothly. The invitation system is intuitive, making it easy to get going. The user interface is simple, allowing me to just get on and use it without hassle. I love that I can work remotely and reach clients all over the world. Pricing is fine, and I find the transition from free to paid version seamless. On top of that, the AI summary of meetings is particularly impressive—it's scarily accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people who struggle in getting microphones / cameras working, more help from the system would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work remotely, reach clients globally, and the interface is easy to use. It's also glitch-free and the invitation system is intuitive.

The Workplace makeover has turned Zoom into an all in one convenient tool, where videoconferencing, document collaboration and scheduling can be done all in one place, or using an integration with an email client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tiered benefits are a bit outside the price range for small businesses that may require them. Also changes to how support is contacted keeps changing so that needs to be regularly investigated.

Convenient and readily accessible videoconferencing tool where guests are not required to have accounts to use the tool or join meetings. The option to join meetings from the browser is invaluable. The included AI tools also expedite meeting notes and summaries improving productivity and next steps.

Meetings can be scheduled and accessed at any time, and all other tasks can also be managed within the platform. There is no need to use any additional tools.
Perfect meet tool for tech corporate user
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, simple design and very easy to operate. Best thing is I can take control of other people screen if I want to, Which other popular tool like gmeet do not provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing meeting code and pass code sometimes get difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of connecting between cross teams. And debug issues and take control of partner system remotely with out using any other tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy, seamless to jump into calls and even interact on webinars. The interface is reliable and allows for everything I need as a salesperson.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is pretty good, the recording sharing could be better - one seamless link instead of a link and a separate password.
