Effortless to Use with Great App Marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, and that you can add apps from the thier app market place. Also we use calendly for meeting with our clients, and Zoom intergrates with calendly so when a client makes an appointment they get an email with a uniqu link to join the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about it is that you need to be on the entreprise subcription in order to get 1080p video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to meet client virtually no matter where they are. I'm base in Georgia and I meet with clients over zoom from all over the united states

Zoom workplace have solved problem like poor asynchronous comunication .
Team often struggle with asynchronous work. Zoom workplace's team chat has generative AI features- like thread , summaries and suggested quick replies- to help in catching up and participating without needing to scroll long chat history.

Outstanding Screensharing and Video Conferencing for Daily Use
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best screensharing and video conferencing software as a service product. used it daily for client troubleshooting calls as well as webinars. we can take control, breakout rooms are also there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the mobile app is slow. The pricing model is easy

A robust solution was need for video conferencing for our client. They had in house software but it was slow. Zoom workspace was suggested and we are using it for last 3 years.

I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its high quality and ease of understanding in virtual meetings. The interface is smooth, making it simple to operate sessions and easy to schedule meetings. I love that the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very straightforward, which allowed my team to transition smoothly from Microsoft Teams. This combination of quality, simplicity, and ease of use makes the experience with Zoom Workplace highly satisfying.

Fast Setup, Needs Longer Meeting Durations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zoom Workplace is quick and fast, making call scheduling and quick calls seamless and efficient. It's really convenient that it can run directly in the browser, eliminating the need to download a separate application. I value its simple and aesthetically pleasing design which makes it user-friendly. The large, blue 'Start Meeting' button is prominent and easy to use, which aligns well with its popularity as an online meeting platform. The meeting recording feature is indispensable as it allows me to record both the screen and voice, and save them locally for sharing with my team later. The calendar integration is particularly helpful, enabling meeting scheduling alongside alerts and reminders, which is essential in our busy lives. Additionally, the file-sharing feature is excellent for sending proposals or documents without needing to exchange personal information like a WhatsApp number. This provides a distinct, professional mode of file distribution without resorting to email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Zoom Workplace's basic meeting duration of just 40 minutes to be quite limited, which might push users towards alternatives like meet.com. It would be beneficial if Zoom could extend the basic call duration to be more competitive. Additionally, I'm concerned that free, comprehensive options like WhatsApp Business, which offer unlimited call time, privacy, and versatile file sharing without any cost, could attract some Zoom users.

I use Zoom Workplace for quick call scheduling and easy browser access without downloads, plus its recording, calendar integration, and file sharing enhance my team's coordination and collaboration.

I particularly enjoy how these tools foster a sense of personal and close interaction during meetings, almost replicating an in-person experience, which enhances our communication and collaboration. Switching from Teams to Zoom Workplace was a great decision for us, given the advanced tools and capabilities that surpass our previous tool's offerings. I find it frustrating when calls get disconnected abruptly, especially when joining via dialer. This is particularly annoying during important calls, and it sometimes happens multiple times within the same call. Considering the scale of the organization and the premium subscription plan they have, such disruptions should not occur. It's disappointing and affects the flow of meetings significantly.

I use Zoom Workplace for ease in meetings, screen sharing for troubleshooting, and individual chat to message privately. The recording and AI-summarized meeting notes are precise and save me from manual note-taking.

What i like about Zoom Workplace ,It brings together meetings, chat (Team Chat), phone, whiteboards, docs, etc., in one platform.
This means less context-switching between applications helpful if you have a small team handling affiliate marketing, shipping logistics, customer service.

What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it has too many features, making it feel overwhelming and difficult mostly for new users to navigate all the tools in terms of Chats, Calendar, Whiteboard and Notes.
2.It also Occasional has technical glitches. Audio or video keep freezing, screen-sharing lags and it random sign-outs or connection issues even with strong internet.

Zoom Workplace solves several communication and it coordinates problems by bringing different tools into one platform. It helps us remove the need to switch between separate apps for meetings, chat, notes, and collaboration.
This helps to improve productivity and keeps all information in one place. It has Zoom’s AI Companion which also reduces manual work by summarizing meetings, drafting messages, and capturing action items and definitely this saves time and ensures nothing is missed.
The platform also improves teamwork by making it easy to share screens, present, and collaborate in real time.
Overall, Zoom Workplace helps me to streamline workflow, reduce miscommunication, speed up decision-making, and keeps the teams organized and connected even when working remotely across different locations in the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to hold meetings and overall it is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to pay in order to have longer than 40 min meetings.

I am able to hold meetings with my employees and overall can meet easily. The links are easy to join.
