What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Zoom Workplace provides a quick and free way to video call with multiple people at once, making it convenient for staying connected with family. I like that it is easy to use on both a computer and the app, offering flexibility in how I access it. Its accessibility to multiple generations is also a strong point; my parents in their 60s can use Zoom Workplace with ease, which is a testament to its user-friendly design. I also enjoy the straightforwardness of setting up an account and being able to use it on any computer effortlessly. Furthermore, I find that having the ability to create quick meetings whenever needed significantly adds to its practicality. The fact that the initial setup takes only a few minutes is another advantage, making it simple and efficient right from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that it isn't straightforward to remove the password requirement from meetings. It would be beneficial if there was a free option to have longer calls, ideally extending up to an hour, which would offer more flexibility when connecting with others.

I appreciate how user-friendly it is, as well as how smoothly it allows me to set up both in-person and remote spaces. The AI-powered summary, recording features, and the ability to create clip highlights are also aspects I really enjoy.

I find the interface for conference room iPads to be quite confusing. Features like Waiting Rooms and Chat often cause confusion among employees, almost every time they try to use them.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to switch between tools because Zoom Workplace consolidates everything into one location. Even on slower connections, screen sharing is seamless, meetings start up fast, and the interface is simple to use. Additionally, I appreciate how the AI notes and calendar integration save time after lengthy calls.

It takes some time to remember where everything is because some features seem dispersed across several menus. When several modules are enabled, the desktop application may also feel heavy, and some integrations require additional configuration to function properly. During busy periods, customer service responses may be sluggish.

It facilitates centralized communication for client meetings and remote work. Without switching between apps, I can plan calls, share screens, and store written notes in one location. This simplifies things, keeps me organized, and speeds up teamwork.

I like the stability and connection best. Other video meeting places tend to drop off quicker when wfh. Easy to use especially as a day to day meeting place.

Layout could be better. More fun features would be nice.

It's one of the best virtual calls system I have ever used. No problem using on the App nor web browser.

Honestly it does what it says on the tin so no problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become one of the most used video meeting platforms and the Workplace platform has made using it so much easier. The ability to use the platform for daily tasks - team chat along with the document storage, notes and tasks makes project and team work flow much smoother and keeps all work in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the desktop and background of Workplace is nice and minimalist I wish it had a dark mode or the ability to change the desktop from stark white

I find that Zoom Workplace has made online team collaboration and work flow much easier- all the share materials all stay in one space.
