Great for Remote Work, But AI Features Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the applications that have eased out life for most companies and helped employees work from anywhere/ remotely but be connected with team and never lose on productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
With now a days agentic AI integration, zoom AI agent still lags in quality and multi lingual conversation summarization. Microsoft Copilot has the edge on this and zoom also needs to have more user friendly UI and reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps to stay connected with the team when people are working remotely and Agentic AI introduced helps to get minutes of the call so we can be more focused on conversation rather than taking minutes of the call.
User-Friendly Zoom Enhances Communication and Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace extremely beneficial due to its organized structure, which I prefer over Google Meet. The calendar and notification features are particularly useful as they solve my scheduling problems by reminding me of my meetings, which I tend to forget, and providing notifications before and after meetings. I also find personalization features valuable, especially the user-friendly mobile app and video conferencing capabilities. The ability to personalize my experience with features like the custom backgrounds, which help maintain privacy by blurring background elements, adds to the usability. Video quality is another highlight; my video appears in high definition and is not pixelated, which is important for professional presentations. The recordings feature is outstanding; it allows me to easily start and stop recordings, which are then readily saved to my computer. The integration with tools like Calendly enhances convenience, as appointments automatically sync with my Zoom calendar, making scheduling seamless. Overall, the accessibility of meeting recordings, the high video quality, and the user-friendly interface of Zoom Workplace significantly enhance my professional communications, especially since I work with an international team, helping overcome communication barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that in-call chat messages cannot be edited, which means any typographical errors remain uncorrected. Additionally, the current chat format could be improved by introducing message bubbles to enhance readability during calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to solve scheduling problems with reminders, enhance cross-country communication, and improve professionalism. It provides easy meeting recordings, high-quality video, and privacy with background features.

All-in-One Collaboration Powerhouse, But Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place like meetings, chats, whiteboards, and even apps. It’s super convenient not having to switch between tools all the time. The interface feels clean and intuitive, which makes collaboration smoother, especially in hybrid or remote setups. I also appreciate how easy it is to jump into a quick huddle or share ideas visually. It’s not just about video calls anymore—it’s a full workspace that actually helps teams stay connected and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit overwhelming at times. There are so many features packed in that it takes a while to get used to everything. Notifications can also get noisy if you're part of multiple chats and channels. Sometimes, the app feels a bit heavy, especially on older devices or slower networks. And while it's great for collaboration, the search function could be more intuitive when trying to find past messages or files. It’s powerful, no doubt, but a bit of simplification wouldn’t hurt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving a bunch of everyday collaboration problems that pop up in hybrid and remote work setups. For me, the biggest win is how it reduces the need to juggle multiple apps like meetings, chats, whiteboards, and file sharing are all in one place. It’s also made spontaneous communication easier with features like Zoom Huddles and quick video calls. I don’t have to wait for a formal meeting to connect with someone. Plus, the integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Drive save time and keep everything flowing smoothly. It’s helped me stay more organized and connected with my team, even when we’re not in the same location.
Easy to Use and Install, Though Interface Could Be Smoother
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install and use. I also appreciate the options to turn off video but still participate in meetings, and the ease of use with video workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is somewhat clunky. I'm not a fan fo disappearing menu bars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with clients and colleagues at a distance. It's expanded the scope of my learning as well as my work easily, without being limited by funds.
