Effortless Collaboration and Reliable Performance with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability when it comes to communication and collaboration. Whether I need to join a quick team huddle, participate in a larger meeting, or engage in a cross-department discussion, Zoom consistently delivers with solid video and audio quality. It’s also very straightforward to join meetings from anywhere. I value its flexibility and the range of features it offers, such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, and chat, which help make meetings more interactive and productive. Overall, Zoom saves time, keeps everyone connected, and makes remote work feel much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find challenging about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. With such a wide range of features and settings, it’s easy to get lost or spend extra time trying to locate what you need. The platform also depends heavily on a stable internet connection, so even minor drops in bandwidth can cause audio glitches or video freezes, which is especially frustrating during important meetings. Additionally, updates are occasionally released at inconvenient times, requiring you to wait before you can join a call. While Zoom Workplace generally functions well, there are times when the experience is not as smooth as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace addresses many of the everyday communication challenges that come with remote or hybrid work. It allows people in different locations to meet, share information, and stay connected, all without the usual confusion of coordinating schedules or juggling multiple tools.
Personally, I find the greatest advantage is having everything centralized—meetings, chat, collaboration, and file sharing are all in one place, so I’m not constantly switching between different apps. It also reduces miscommunication, since it’s easy to jump on a quick call or share my screen to clarify what I mean.
Another major issue it solves is saving time and eliminating the need for travel. I can join meetings from anywhere, which keeps things moving even when team members aren’t in the same place. Additionally, features like recording, transcripts, and screen sharing make collaboration smoother and help me stay organized.
In summary, Zoom Workplace removes much of the friction from daily communication and makes it easier to work efficiently with others, regardless of their location.

1. Message search sometimes misses older conversations.
2. Team Chat can feel crowded and hard to manage when many channel exist.

Effortless Meeting Scheduling and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and schedule meetings. I find it easy to add new people to meetings and mostly easy to create ad hoc meetings on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recordings can be difficult to chase down in the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is 90% remote and I rely on Zoom every single day to attend 5-10 meetings. I need consistent video and sound for 1-on-1s and large meetings alike.
Reliable and Comprehensive Conferencing Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable and comprehensive suite of conferencing tools with some nice additions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating preferences and options is sometimes a maze and hard to find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regularly use this software to enable face to face to face products demos with potential customers. The newly added "Clips" -- the ability to record short videos or screenshares is a pleasant surprise and loaded with nice little options like a moving gif of your video into your email.

What do you dislike about the product?
Uses more CPU resources compared to Microsoft teams or Webex.
Sometimes Glitches observing during meeting start time as sometimes it takes more than 1-2 mins to start the meeting on system.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is an all in one platforms that combines meetings, chat, email, whiteboard, docs and clips in a single app. It's built-in AI companion can summarize meetings, generate chat replies, draft emails and helping teams to save time on follow-ups. Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace’s heavy resource usage on older or low-end devices and find the free plan’s 40‑minute group meeting limit restrictive. Unhelpful customer support and confusing billing or cancellation processes. Past privacy and security incidents still make some organizations cautious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace cuts down the chaos of juggling tons of apps just to get my work done. It puts meetings, chat, docs, whiteboards, and AI helpers all in one place, so I can constantly switching tabs or hunting for links. Meetings feel lighter because AI can grab notes and action items for me, and I can stay in the loop with quick recaps instead of joining every call. Overall, it helps me to save time, stay organized, and work with my team more smoothly.

Zoom Workplace is a one-stop solution for internal communication. I especially appreciate the meeting quality and the Zoom AI companion, which provides a complete summary of the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Zoom workplace mobile app available for Android; it's really slow and doesn't work sometimes when opened. The iOS app is better compared to Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of communication gaps by giving us one platform for chatting, video calls, and sharing files, which makes working together much easier. It helps us see who's available, so we can plan our meetings better. For me, this means I'm more productive and can stay connected with my team, even while working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides everything in front of my eyes like If I want to raise hand I can directly by clicking emoji, if I want to share my screen I can directly by clicking on share screen, if I want to end the meeting I can directly end it by clicking on end button in the bottom right.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the Captions as it interprets some words incorrect as if the person is saying Remit AI it shows in caption remittance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my major problem as if I want to show my client my screen on which I am working so that my client can see it and rectify the mistakes if any.
