To be honest, there is no specific thing that I hate or dislike about the Zoom workplace.

Zoom workplace is the great soution for the team connectivity which ease communication for the discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the most preffered platform for us to host qualitative interviews. We host almost 1000+ interviews for our research activity. we have paid version of zoom.
Most interesting features are renaming of interviewees, we can get automated transcript, it can be synced with calendar and zoom invite can be sync with outlook

What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the free version should be 45 minutes, instead of 40 minute For the basic plan Cloud storage needs to be improved

We host all research interviews with our doctors into zoom platform. It's a very popular tool and widely accepted.
Anyone could be made host/cohost, which means the organizer can drop the call once they make someone host/cohost. In addition, we can allow anyone to attend ,and keep people at lobby as well

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom can be used for video conferencing, online meetings, webinars, and live chats. The best part is that Zoom offers various plans, including a free version, with features like screen sharing, recording, and automatic transcription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I find the application very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom platform is accessible through desktop and mobile apps, and is compatible with major operating systems. Secondly, it has screen-sharing features and recording capabilities. Moreover, it is widely used by many business entities which makes it more friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
No downside from my side, but one thing I noticed is that it makes my old system very slow. However, it works fine on a new system. In my opinion, it is quite heavy for older systems. Other than that, I haven’t seen any issues with it.

This solves the problem of remote communication by providing an easy-to-use platform for video calls, chats, and collaboration tools all in one place. This helps me stay connected with my team and clients work efficiently from anywhere, and quickly share ideas and files without hassle. It makes remote work smooth and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has a Userfriendly design and powerful features to connect remotely. It delivers impressive, high-quality audio and video during a meeting. I am using this platform frequently to get connected with my Counselor for getting admission in foreign universities. I love to use the tools integrated with the workplace, like whiteboard, screen sharing, and built-in chat, to raise concerns during meetings. It includes AI features that help me summarize the meeting. 24*7 customer support is available to assist with problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I am feeling technical glitches during the meeting, and the cost of premium features is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zoom Workplace for interviews and meetings related to counseling at foreign universities. During counselling, I am using Video conferencing for face-to-face interaction, using screen sharing to share my PPT, with the help of an AI assistant, making notes or a summary of meetings.

So far it has worked well for me only that you have to know how to configure the sound to play instruments in Zoom or because it can generate a lot of echo.
