Reliable Meetings and Seamless Breakout Rooms
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom won't crash, it never did for me. I was able to handle all my online meetings with ease and the best part is about the feature to break in different meeting rooms
What do you dislike about the product?
You are compelled to use Zoom only through its application and there isn't a web app for Zoom, that is one of the biggest challenges compared to Google Meet

The AI tools assist me in explaining exactly where to click. I can draw over things.

That I loose functionality when someone shares their screen on a tablet

What do you like best about the product?
All metings, easy to use for both myself and clients or team members. Easy to ingerate with any other tools like Fathom for notetaking. Using it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of finding specific things in Admin Settings on the web. Application works great.

Easy scheduling and works great with desktop version for all meetings.
Convenient for Basic Calls, But Lacks Advanced Features for Market Research
What do you like best about the product?
On a basic level zoom workplace gets the job done for basic video conference calls or seminars etc. you can invite an unlimited number of people and you can join by app or browser and dial in which is convenient on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have the same functionality of some other platforms like discuss.io which offers back room capabilities and live tech support which is indispensable in my own industry - market research.

Allows us to gather in teams or 1:1 calls to discuss important matters whether scheduled ahead of time or on the spot as hoc meetings.

I find the audio quality in Zoom Workplace lacking. It doesn't perform as well as I would like, which affects my communication during meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I can join the meetings with in just one click, the audio and the video quality is very clear, and it works very good in slower internet. Everything that is chat, calls, meetings, and file sharing is in one place, which makes work easier and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel sometimes Switching between chat, meetings, and calendar doesn’t always feel smooth. And sometimes it logs you out randomly, which is frustrating when you’re in a hurry.

It helps me to do face to face conversation immediately and sharing the information for better understanding with screen sharing

so many features are packed into one platform, and switching between tools isn’t always smooth, making it harder to stay focused and adding unnecessary friction.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication and too many disconnected tools by bringing meetings, messaging, collaboration, and workflows into one unified platform. It helps teams stay organized, reduces time lost switching between apps, and makes remote or hybrid work smoother by keeping everything—conversations, decisions, documents, and action items—in a single, easy-to-access workspace.
Exceptional Stability and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The overall user interface is excellent. This app is impressively stable, unlike others that tend to have video problems whenever there are internet issues. I also find the emojis and the ability to change backgrounds very useful, especially when working from home. It directly gets open with a single click also, which is really helpful. The summarization feature is top notch. I use it almost everyday.

nothing as such faced by me. The overall software is very helpful and easy to use.
