What do you like best about the product?
I love how smooth the platform of Zoom Workplace is, which makes my experience using it seamless and efficient. The tools available during meetings are incredibly valuable to me; they enhance my ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. I appreciate the writing tools, chat feature, screen drawing options, and reactions, all of which make meetings more interactive and engaging. The ease of initial setup was impressive, allowing me to get started with minimal hassle. Overall, I find Zoom Workplace to be extremely functional and user-friendly, so much so that I would highly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's kind of heavy and my PC can't keep up with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for communicating with people overseas. The platform is very smooth, and I love the tools I can use during a meeting, like writing tools, chat, and drawing on the screen.

Easy User Interface, Easy to play around and the features are great to like breakout rooms etc.

There is nothing specific which i don't like about Zoom everything works well for us apart from the pricing

Zoom has streamlined our Video conferencing solutions and is most preferred solution/tool for us in our organization

Excellent Screen Sharing and Collaborative Whiteboard Features

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most are the screen sharing feature and the generous free plan. The collaborative whiteboard is also quite useful, especially when working on group projects. I find it straightforward to use both on my laptop and through the app, with no noticeable difference in ease of use. I rely on it at least once a week. I have never needed to contact customer support, as I have not encountered any issues. Setting it up is very simple, and I have connected my Google account so meetings are automatically saved to my Google Calendar. In my experience, it works better for me than Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, I struggled to locate my recorded meetings, but after the platform was updated, I haven't experienced any problems since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to record meetings or interviews so that I can go back and gather infromation. The whiteboard is super helpful especially because you can collaborate on the whiteboard. It is how I attend classes as well while getting my graduate degree.

What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM is very easy to use and it has a very simple interface since i use frequently this.It can be used on every devices like mobile,laptop,tablet at anytime anywhere.It is very helpful in presenting screen while teaching .Real time interaction is also possible.Customer support is also quick and responible.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback about zoom is the lmited free plan and need for strong internet.It uses a lot of mobile data and battery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom help me to avoid the communicationproblems by allowing face to face interaction .It help me to solve the necessities of students and give proper guidance.

What is our primary use case?

Zoom Workplace Business is used for internal and external meetings. A typical scenario involves integration into calendar invites so that when meeting with a customer or internal stakeholder, a Zoom link is available immediately.

Zoom Workplace Business is particularly handy when scheduling a meeting where people can choose their own time, as it still includes a link for the meeting to have a video call.

What is most valuable?

The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include the recording function, which makes it easy to export the audio so that it can be shared elsewhere.

When using the recording function, the audio is typically shared internally, though it may happen externally from time to time if approved. The quality and ease of use are good.

It has always been easy to share screens or bring up a keynote that everyone can see very quickly when using Zoom Workplace Business.

Zoom Workplace Business has positively impacted the organization because by using the same solution, you always know that it is going to work. When people were using Slack, HipChat, Teams, or all of the other different varieties of options, it made it challenging to ensure that everyone was on the same page.

What needs improvement?

Zoom Workplace Business can be improved as the AI features have not been used very often, and it would be beneficial to see how they are utilized and the analysis that they can do.

It would be interesting if you could translate into multiple languages easily.

Zoom Workplace Business has been used for six years.

Zoom Workplace Business is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

There have never been any issues trying to use Zoom Workplace Business concurrently with hundreds of people, so it has been great in terms of scalability.

Years ago, several different solutions were used before, but the reason for the change is uncertain. It was a good improvement to use Zoom Workplace Business only.

The general impression is that whenever you purchase something from the AWS Marketplace, it is going to be a faster transaction that is more transparent, indicating a return on investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is excellent for internal collaboration. It makes working together within the team much easier and more efficient. Everyone knows Zoom and has a comfort level with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not my preferred choice for external-facing events or customer interactions, as I believe there are other platforms that offer a better experience for customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-functional brainstorming sessions are a key part of our process. We also hold educational sessions that often require breakout groups, and we make sure to capture notes throughout these activities.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like about the Zoom app is its ease of use and simple user interface that allows for quick and effective communication, whether through video or audio meetings. It also allows screen sharing and meeting recording, which helps in documentation and review. Additionally, the app supports a large number of participants and works smoothly even with moderate internet connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
High data consumption, especially in long meetings or with high video quality. Despite improvements, some users are still concerned about security. It requires frequent logins sometimes, which causes inconvenience for some. Some features are weak in the free version, such as the limited meeting time (40 minutes). It may experience slow or interrupted connections if the network is weak.

Overall, the application is excellent but not without flaws.

Remote work meetings facilitate communication between teams in different locations easily.
E-learning provides an environment for virtual classrooms between students and teachers.
Communication with clients or partners is used for official meetings and presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
The meetings just work. Video and audio are clear, screen sharing is smooth, and joining is painless for guests. I like the AI Companion for quick summaries and action items after larger calls. Breakout rooms are easy for workshops. Whiteboards help a ton for rough brainstorming. Recordings and transcripts are reliable, and the calendar add-ins keep my schedule tidy. It also switches nicely between laptop and phone when I am on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has grown fast and parts feel a bit scattered. Chat can get cluttered on busy projects. Whiteboard is fine for basics but still trails dedicated tools for templates and widgets. Some admin settings are buried, which slows down new room setups. AI notes occasionally miss context on technical topics. Pricing for certain add ons adds up for smaller teams.

It keeps a hybrid team coordinated without hassle. Reliable meetings, transcripts, and AI summaries cut follow up emails and missed tasks. Screen sharing and recordings speed up onboarding and support. Clients can join from anywhere with no account issues, which shortens sales cycles. What do you like best about the product?
It is becoming the productivity hub of my business in many different ways, some of which I haven't even discovered yet. It connects with my services to create a hub on the Zoom Workspace. It's easy to connect services and get started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
With things being added all the time, it can be a little challenging to stay on top of all of the updates so I you might miss out on the tools right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create meeting with clients and with the endless chat, my clients always have access to materials I share during our sessions. There are more and more solutions that Zoom solves that I am certainly not using yet and really should.
