What do you like best about the product?
I love that It is easy to use, simple to interact with and love the AI note taking functions
What do you dislike about the product?
It can update ALOT, sometimes when you prefer it doesnt, clients say it can be frustration experience if you are not logged in.

Allows us to connect with our teams and clients in a meaningful way without too much distraction from tools and features.
Easy to Use, Hard to Remember where certain Functions are
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. I do not use it as much as Microsoft Teams, but it's easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally forget how to "share" your screen at times. Some of the placement of things I would move around.

It's easy to use for my IT department

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that you dont have to have an account which makes it easier to host meetings with many people at once. And I particularly love the presenting feature.

No downsides so far, ZOOM workplace is super easy to use.

I like the ease of use and the really good audio and video quality of Zoom Workplace. The initial setup was very easy.

Making sure that if the camera's off, or the microphone is off, they don't easily become toggled to be turned on.

I like the ease of being able to present to a team of individuals with them having the ability to interact throughout the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be challenging for team members to get in if they are using the app versus the web browser.

Zoom allows me to gather my team members together in a safe place to provide updates on all work related topics. Zoom also allows me to provide training material to my team members in real time, thus allowing them to ask questions and be interactive throughout the training.

I noticed during Covid this app was very useful for the students, employee etc.

It can create security issues and also alleged chinese government data hacked issues.

Zoom connects too many people to chat with each other at once and also leads video conferencing.I saw how much this app was used during Covid and how beneficial it was. It is a popular cloud-based video conferencing service that enables users to virtually communicate with others via audio or video calls. Businesses primarily utilise this software to have different meetings indoors. Reaching out to foreign clients and setting up meetings with them is greatly aided by this.

What do you like best about the product?
Yes, I use Zoom every day for our meetings, and it works just perfectly. You can change the tools and make it faster. Also, you can use the settings of your meetings and change them at the same time that you are on a meeting. This is useful because this way you remain connected, and you can be working or changing a background

Well some sometimes Zoom makes some updates, and you need to get out of the meeting to solve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the meetings are totally on Zoom, so you can focus on the meeting and do not worry if you know the passcode, because on Zoom you can choose if you know it or not. This is so useful because you can create a meeting without worrying if someone can join with a passcode
