What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom Workplace combines everything in one platform, so I don't need separate apps for messaging, meetings, phone calls, etc. This centralized setup makes navigation and usage easy and quick, boosting my productivity during active meetings. The built-in AI is also really helpful. It can summarize meetings, generate drafts, find useful information quickly, and take notes for me. Additionally, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was really quick for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app performance and speed could be improved and the collaboration features aren't best compared to others like Google Workspace or Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to have all messaging, meetings, and phone features in one platform, which makes navigation easy and quick. The built-in AI helps by summarizing meetings, generating drafts, finding information quickly, and taking notes, boosting my productivity.

The interface is so intuitive and the reliability in terms of staying smooth even when the internet is unstable is completely game changing. It boosts productivity as well through AI assistance like summary and notes. All in all, it helps team members to stay connected and automate the routine tasks.

I appreciate Zoom Meetings for its excellent HD video and audio quality, as well as its screen sharing capabilities and features such as breakout rooms. The addition of the new AI companion has made tasks like note-taking and generating summaries much simpler.

Zoom Workplace tends to run slowly on older mobile devices, which can be frustrating. Additionally, I wish it offered better integration with Microsoft products.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become the industry standard for virtual meeting software. I have tried other video call services, but Zoom stands out as the best. Its user interface is very intuitive, making it easy to use, and I find the breakout room feature especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I dislike is how easily the meeting tabs can be accessed upon logging in.

Being able to set up multiple calls and manage them all in one place is very convenient.

Can meet from anywhere at any time. I love the ease of using the app across all of my devices..

Zoom can occasionally be slow to start when accessed through the web, and the video quality is not always consistent or as good as I would like.

I appreciate the flexibility of being able to meet at any time and from any location. It's also very simple to set up a meeting space and join a call quickly.
