What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace combines chat, meetings, calls, documents & workspace tools in one place, reducing the need for many apps. It has built in AI for summaries and task tracking and a lot of integrations. It also supports hybrid work with desk booking and visitor management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customisation of UI is limited. Mobile and offline support may lag relative to desktop. Complexity of features for smaller teams who only need simple video/chat.

Zoom Workplace brings chat, meetings, calls, and workspace tools together in one platform to avoid switching between apps. It helps manage both remote and office work.

Overall, it's efficient and flexible for both small teams and larger organizations.

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming with all the features, especially if you’re not using them all. It can get cluttered, and finding the right settings or options might take longer than expected. Another issue is that it tends to eat up a lot of bandwidth, which can affect call quality, especially with larger meetings.

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of staying connected and collaborating remotely, which is a big deal for teams spread across different locations. It's made meetings and communication much smoother—whether it's a quick check-in or a larger team discussion. The ability to share screens, files, and even collaborate on documents in real-time is a game-changer. For me, it's really helped streamline how I work with others, making it easier to stay on the same page and keep projects moving forward, no matter where everyone is.

That sometimes the management bar can't be hidden completely,even after the maximum minimization of it and bothers any screen sharing process.

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is that it allows us to conduct all our meetings smoothly, without any delays or difficulties. Organizing meetings on this platform is both easy and comfortable.

What I dislike about Zoom is that when my network connection is poor, the app starts lagging and I am unable to hear the audio. Sometimes, this creates problems while conducting meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding meetings on Zoom makes it much easier for people who live far away to participate. In the fields of coaching, tutoring, or teaching, it is especially helpful, as it allows us to connect with everyone more effectively. As i am on the business of teaching it is helpful for me very much.

Overall, I like Zoom’s features. The best part is that it’s easy to use — creating a meeting is simple, and we can directly share the meeting link with others so they can easily join and connect with us. Zoom also provides good customer support, and I use it quite frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can feel a bit impersonal at times. It’s harder to connect with people or read their expressions through a screen, and discussions don’t always flow as naturally as they do in person. Also, long Zoom meetings can get tiring after a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sometimes face connectivity problems in Zoom Workplace. Occasionally, I lose connection during meetings, which affects my presentations. Also, during long meetings, it can be difficult to manage things properly, such as handling breaks or using tools like the whiteboard. If these issues are improved, I’ll be able to use Zoom more easily and work more effectively.

If the user does not install the app, then they try to join a meeting or call, and they face several problems.

They save our time.

Great for Global Collaboration, But Limited by Internet and Free Version

We can work remote with different teams all over the world

Slow connection of internet can lead to an bad meeting, and maybe some customers will stop collaborate with us. Also, this dependence of a paid version, to have an longer meeting than 40 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that some meetings can be set up more easy , even urgent if the clients needs a quick answer or solutions to some problems.
