What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple Zoom Workplace is for getting people together and how it integrates with calendar apps. This feature helps ensure the meetings are populated on everyone's calendar, so they don't forget about it. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

Crystal-Clear Meetings and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is our go to meeting place you can interact with colleagues with a very clear connection. I love that you can turn your video camera on or off and it has a lot of great features to chat on the side to ask questions while the meeting is going without interrupting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think there is anything I just like about you. It provides a service that gets the job done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for when we are having a team meeting and we need to discuss ongoing issues to get everybody’s feedback. It’s great when we can get everybody together at one time to talk about it.

What do you like best about the product?
I generally use Zoom Workplace for meetings because the video and audio quality are very stable and clear. I like the quality of the video and audio, which keeps the meetings clear and stable. There is also the option of recording and transcripts, which helps to record the session and assist with documentation. This feature helps me stay organized and productive, especially if I miss anything or need clarification without asking to repeat the information. It's especially useful in important meetings. Additionally, Zoom Workplace provides reliable video and audio communication that helps us stay connected and productive. The screen sharing, meeting recording, and accurate transcripts are great features. The initial setup was very easy; just create an account, schedule a meeting, and invite team members, and this whole process takes just a few minutes. Overall, Zoom Workplace offered better meeting reliability and more useful features.

I find that the video quality can drop during network issues, so there should be an adaptive option to keep the calls smooth.

Unmatched Collaboration with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its smooth and reliable collaboration tools, especially video meetings, screen sharing, and the whiteboard. These features make teamwork fast, clear, and easy, even when everyone is working remotely. I also really like Zoom Workplace's stability, easy meeting scheduling, and the recording feature, which makes meetings more convenient. We switched from Google Meet and Microsoft Teams because Zoom Workplace offers better collaboration tools and more stable calls, along with features like the whiteboard and breakout rooms. The setup was very easy, taking only two minutes to install and get started, and everything is simple and intuitive. I would give it a solid 9 out of 10 because it's reliable, easy to use, and offers great collaboration features, so I would definitely recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace works great overall, but it could improve its performance on weaker internet connections. Sometimes video or audio drops when the network isn't stable. Also, the 40-minute limit on the free plan can interrupt longer meetings. A bit more flexibility for free users and better low bandwidth optimization would make it even better.
