What do you like best about the product?
I find that Zoom Workplace simplifies my work and makes it easier, which is quite important for me. It definitely saves my time, and I'm quite happy with how it stands for me. I appreciate how it helps me prepare what I have to say in meetings and what I have to present. The feature I like most is the recording part, which gives ample time and ensures the presentations come out well, making the whole process perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need high-quality internet for Zoom Workplace to work. For people working remotely, it can be challenging if they don't have access to good internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to make data reporting easier, saving time and ensuring smooth presentations. It offers a perfect experience for writing and verbal tasks.

Ease of use. Ability to work remotely with a team. Easy to sign up and start implementing solo or with a team. I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan limitations often means calls end and have to be restarted unless you have the subscription plan.

Remote teams with varying time zones can work together seamlessly. It allows me to work from home.

It's easy to use, and it has the added benefit of optional recording for web calls.

The downside is that you need a separate app, rather than it integrating directly into a web browser.

It allows us to do web calls with people outside of our company and record the calls.

While Zoom Workplace is very useful, a few areas could be improved. Some features, especially the newer integrated tools, can feel overwhelming at first and take time to learn. The AI Companion, although helpful, may not always capture context perfectly and sometimes needs manual review. Collaboration tools like document editing are still more basic compared to dedicated platforms. Additionally, performance can occasionally depend on internet quality, which affects meetings. Improving customization, simplifying the interface for new users, and enhancing offline or low-bandwidth functionality would make Zoom Workplace even more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly, making it simple to request permissions to join. Recording is straightforward, and sharing control is also easy. Additionally, it does not lag. I can use it over laptop and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the label that appears at the top of the screen gets in the way when I try to click on the tabs. I often have to move it out of the way, which can be a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything works well.

It was very helpful for remote work during the pandemic, as it ensured that our work continued smoothly and allowed all team members to join and collaborate easily.
