A Reliable All-in-One Collaboration Hub
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Zoom Workspace is how it consolidates communication and collaboration into a single platform. Having meetings, chat, whiteboard, phone and scheduling all integrated reduces the need to switch between different tools and helps me stay focussed. The platform is highly reliable, even for large meetings and features like AI companion, breakout rooms and persistent whiteboards make collaboration more structured and efficient. It truly function as central hub for my day-to-day work. Implementation was straightforward and i now use it multiple times a day as part of my regular workflow. Its seamless calendar integration also ensures scheduling and follow-ups are simple and efficient, which adds to its overall value as a central hub. Whenever i needed assistance, Zoom customer support has been responsive and helpful and the knowledge base provides clear guidance for most questions, which makes troubleshooting straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workspace is reliable overall, the interface can feel crowded when switching between chats, meetings and white boards. Managing permissions during webinars or larger sessions also takes more steps then expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workspace helps solves the challenge of managing multiple tools by bringing scheduling, messaging, meetings and collaboration features into one platform. I no longer have to switch between different apps for chat, calendar or video conferencing, which saves time and keeps my workflow consistent. Screen sharing and virtual classroom features make training and client presentations more effective, while integrated scheduling ensures fewer missed meetings and easier coordination. Overall, it reduces friction in day-to-day work and improves both productivity and communication.

I can move from stakeholder calls to team planning without switching platforms, which saves time and keeps momentum. It’s helped me manage complex projects more smoothly and stay connected across time zones.
Trustworthy video Collaboration with user friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use even for new users with high-quality video and audio performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has time & count limits for group meetings also requires add-ons or higher tier plans for advanced features e.g. large webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the challenge of connecting distributed teams with stable & high quality video meetings instantly. It reduces travel costs, supports hybrid work models & provides flexible options for training, education, and business meetings with simple & understandable options even for new user no special training required.

Having to go to places that’s further away can be inconvenient. Zoom helps with being able to connect virtually.

EXCELLENT APP ZOOM WORKPLACE
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it has many tools. You can create chats, call, reschedule appointments, hold meetings, share screens from a live presentation, and more.

I have nothing negative to say about this app

WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SO FAR
A pleasant experience, although I experienced alot of technical issues due to my internet connection

It makes it pretty easy to connect with the team, looks very professional, and the quality is reliable

If my internet gets a tiny bit slow the app kind of crashes on me but its not that big of a deal

It solves the hassle of attending conferences and webinars on site since alot of people I work with and/or interact with are busy

Zoom workplace is easy to use, easy to login and connect, smoothier than most workplaces, also not expensive for small business

sometime when travling outside of US, needs VPN to login
