Essential Tool for Seamless Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Zoom Workplace is a highly useful tool for attending classes and meetings remotely, whether on your phone or computer. This is especially true if you are part of a large, global corporation, as it makes connecting with colleagues and participating in discussions much more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
You only get disconnected when your cell reception is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a significant amount of time that would otherwise be spent driving to a local branch just to attend a class.
Great for Large Meetings, Needs App-Free Joining
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the screen presentation feature in Zoom Workplace, as it's great and allows me to add more and more people without any lag. This is super helpful when I have to do meetings or seminars online where sometimes 500, 1000 people join, making it very valuable. Initially, the setup was very good because there was no need to create a profile; I just had to download the app and join the meeting. Also, Zoom Workplace lags much less compared to others, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it problematic that Zoom Workplace requires downloading their app to join a meeting. It would be smoother if you could join directly from a site. The user interface feels very outdated, and sometimes I feel a lot of new features and a modern UI could be added to run it more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace's screen presentation and lag-free addition of participants are great for large online seminars. However, it requires app downloads, which is a bit troublesome, and the UI feels outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
We have option to generate caption, subtitles, using AI. We can also generate meeting info and meeting notes or MOM after meeting using AI tool available in Zoom app. Furthermore, we have a lot of new features available there which are useful for creating notes, schedule invites and events, easy to add and remove and create notes, etc. Can easily integrate a lot of apps like Gmail, Calendar, Note-taking apps, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a highly efficient solution for removing background and sound disturbances during calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving creating notes during meeting without switching to other apps for notes taking, or integrates with a lot of workplace tools like Gmail, Calendar, Notes, etc, to work with in between meeting, so that members of meeting not need to switch to other apps very frequently during meeting, and also saves memory and time.

I had a hard time navigating to my meeting.

Sharing screens can sometimes be problematic and doesn't feel as smooth or seamless as it does with some of their competitors.

This is a platform where I can bring several people together for a meeting, with the option to record and share the session both internally and externally. It also makes it possible to communicate with colleagues or partners overseas.

Zoom is extremely easy to use and user-friendly, with both mobile and desktop versions available. We use Zoom every day, and it is especially helpful for sharing our screens with customers.

While Zoom is generally user-friendly, I think the interface could use some improvements. It has remained largely the same for many years without significant updates.

Zoom offers a pencil-like pointer that is very helpful when highlighting specific items during screen sharing, as well as a whiteboard feature. These tools are quite beneficial for helping others understand what is being discussed.

Sometimes you need high-quality internet for Zoom Workplace to work. For people working remotely, it can be challenging if they don't have access to good internet.
