What do you like best about the product?
The in-call features available for both hosts and clients are quite useful. I appreciate how simple it is to join meetings, and the quick support provided makes the experience even smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many products available that it becomes challenging to determine which one is the best choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to connect with people who are far away, which saves a lot of time. It also improves coordination with multiple stakeholders, eliminating the need to reach out to each person individually.
User-Friendly Video Conferencing Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a solid application for video conferencing. It is very user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to access and operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to be the primary host, you must have a Zoom account. Otherwise, you can't assign someone else as the primary host. I don't like this feature because I think I should be able to give this permission to any participant I choose, regardless of whether they have a Zoom account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was searching for a better video conferencing application that included a cloud recording feature. Then I discovered Zoom, which completely met my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace to hold meetings on the spot and seamlessly with business partners in other locations. It helps alleviate the stress and time-consuming aspects of getting everyone together despite different schedules. I really like that Zoom Workplace feels more like a private chat community for everyone in my company, so there's no need to send accept links and invites once you're part of the company; you are there to stay. When there's a meeting, you're sent an email or a private message, and you're there, voila. It's private, secure, saves time, and is very easy to use without a lot of malfunctions and no training needed. We never have issues; everyone is always present, and no one seems to have problems attending meetings. I would definitely rate it a 10 and already recommend it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Don't like that previous employees still have access unless admin is taking them out I feel like there should be an easier way for general office managers or employees to be able to do that seamlessly effortlessly and quickly upon exiting or completing employment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to hold meetings easily with partners across locations. It reduces stress and miscommunication from scheduling conflicts. I like the private chat community, which is secure, saves time, and requires no extra training.
Troublesome Renewal Process with Connectivity Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Zoom Workplace, there's no problem with connectivity. It's successful and easier than some other tools I've used, even though we've had some issues here and there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this company behaves poorly with its contract renewals. They wait until the last minute and then try to double the invoice or sneak in a two-year contract when we only discussed one year. It feels sneaky and not up to the standard of big tech companies. Also, their transcript feature doesn't work well, so we have to use gladi.ai for accurate transcriptions. Their onboarding isn't good, and the documentation isn't very helpful.

I use Zoom Workplace to connect students and teachers on our education platform through video meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for daily team meetings, remote troubleshooting, screen sharing, and collaboration with internal staff and external vendors. As an IT professional, I value it for its stability, ease of deployment, user-friendly interface, and features like screen control, breakout rooms, and meeting management. Honestly, I like that it just works. It’s easy to use, meetings start quickly, and screen sharing is smooth. It just makes working together easier. We can jump on a call, share screens, and sort things out quickly instead of dragging things out over messages or emails. It was fairly easy since most people already knew how to use Zoom, getting started didn’t take much effort. I’d recommend it because it’s reliable, easy to use, and works well for everyday meetings and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s just a lot of meetings, and it can feel a bit overwhelming. Also, quality can dip if someone’s connection isn’t great. Helping reduce unnecessary meetings and making it easier to keep calls usable on weaker internet would go a long way. Better defaults and smarter quality adjustments would really help.
