What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, create and share meeting links. The AI assistant is also helpful for me to take and share notes with my team after the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The background options are better and more personal in Google Meets.

This software offers a virtual toolbox designed to enhance online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
720 pixels! Some tools are not obvious in their value. Awkward menu. I use a personalized meeting code that I wish was my default setting for all meetings. I can't seem to set it that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The calendar integration with Calendly and Google Calendar makes my scheduling a breeze.
Reliable and Efficient for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, pretty industry standard, the quality of video is good, you're able to easily set up and join meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It frequently logs me out before meetings, sometimes causing me to scramble and be late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to meet with teammates and clients easily. I like how there's a waiting room so I can stay in my own meeting room and let people in as needed, I don't need to find other meeting rooms.
Universal Platform with Exceptionally Easy Tools

Tools are very easy and platform is universal across users even if they are active users or sent links.

Time out feature if you don't have a paid account

I love the meeting reminder pop ups the most. They are far superior to the ones Outlook provides and they prevent me from ever missing a meeting.

Zoom is very easy to use, with reliable video and audio quality that rarely lets me down. The built-in collaboration tools like screen sharing, whiteboards, and breakout rooms make it simple to run effective meetings and keep remote teams aligned.

Zoom is heavily dependent on a strong internet connection, which can cause issues for some team members. After a long day of back-to-back meetings, it can definitely feel exhausting. Also, the pricing and extra features sometimes make it feel bloated or overly complicated.

Zoom helps me connect remote teams easily, replacing the need for in-person meetings without sacrificing productivity. It’s streamlined how we collaborate across locations, making it much easier to stay in sync and move projects forward.

Video sharing, screen sharing makes a meeting interactive. In built chat session, tasks management, calendar with meeting schedules are very useful for workplace.

Video clarity needs to improve, even for HD support clarity is not good. Desktop application sometimes slows down

We can conducting a meetings and webinars with small to large number of attenders. recording option is very useful. white board is very good for teaching or explaining something. overall this app makes online meetings as productive as offline ones.
