ZOOM looks like BOOOOOOM
What do you like best about the product?
While using Zoom it will be sure for us the meeting will will easy and smooth because in case multile people also join there is not an issue and even we can control the access for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's sometime network type issue only which I feel

Bigger team manage in virtual mode with easy to manage features. Now don't need to be penic we can schedule meet in few seconds.

the user interface is clunky and settings difficult to locate

fragmented communication, low employee engagement, inefficient in-person time, and reduced productivity
Very good tool especially in hybrid and remote work environments

I like that it combines features like Zoom Meetings, Zoom Chat, and tools for productivity into one platform.

Occassional glitches, loss of sound, hard to access settings, etc.

Good for online demonstrations, and not being able to attend in-person events.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very simple, helpful and especially works in many place where there is lack of connection. The user interface is not new but friendly and easy to manage, there is a good customer support and we use it for all our meetings

User interface is old and sometimes is difficult to find the feature you need in the control panel

With zoom we solve the integration with Google Calendar and a video conference tool, plus we had a very easy way to use it and to manage meetings planned and instant meetings

I use Zoom Workplace regularly for daily stand-up meetings, project coordination, and client discussions with my team. The interface is very clean and easy to use, and it makes scheduling, file-sharing, and communication really smooth. It plays a big role in helping our remote team stay connected and organized. What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video calls lag a bit when the internet connection is unstable. Also, for first-time users, getting familiar with all the available features takes a bit of time, but once you do, it's very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it really easy for me to stay in touch with my team, especially since we all work from different places. I use it for daily meetings, sharing updates, and working on tasks together. It saves time because everything calls, files, chats is in one place. I don’t need to keep switching apps, and it helps us stay on the same page.
Zoom , a best app for video conferencing in workplace or business.
What do you like best about the product?
Very good app for metting with colleagues. I used zoom from the last 3.5 yrs when I was in Byjus. Every meeting was scheduled in zoom. And currently in Airtel, I used this app for metting with my colleague, senior and higher authorities.

Nothing much. It's is 5 start rating app

Basically from my prospective there is no any app in Market that provide easy to use video conferencing app. When it came to meeting, no one provide security. I think if you are fear about data leak during video conferencing then I must say use zoom . Zoom is revolutionise in the video conferencing app.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using zoom workplace because accessing it through my email makes things a thousand times easier in my already super busy day. I don't have to worry about pop ups or misguidance I am immediately invited and tapped in. It's as simple as two clicks. I also like that you have the options for audio and visuals. The buttons are clear and not difficult to find. Zoom workplace is always at the top of my list. I use it quite often for quick calls or meetings and it's easy to implement into my calendar and access when I need it. It's doesn't take a lot of space on my phone or computer and that's also important. I haven't had to access customer support because downloading it was easy, and you don't even need a log in. As long as you have an invite it's just a couple of clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any thing negative to say about zoom workplace. It's been a pleasure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace has allowed me to learn and follow along during meetings. Screen sharing is a great tool that has helped during training meetings and it's easily accessible. I haven't had any trouble logging on to meetings or trainings or sharing my screen.

It is easy to connect with someone. Setting up a meeting can easily be done.

I don’t think that there and any downsides or dislikes to zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to make a call and a meeting without efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Zoom adds chat, whiteboards, calendar, and collaboration tools to compete with Slack and Teams, the interface can feel bloated. For people who just want simple video meetings, this extra stuff gets in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make streamline communication between our marketing team, sales reps, and factory staff, reducing tool overload and improving efficiency — especially important when we are running campaigns for the Plastmore, IML Food Packaging company.
I don't like the UI, it works, but overall is a bad experience
What do you like best about the product?
You can split groups and certainly you can share your screen with audio without too many issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web version is just not good, you have to use the desktop app. This makes Zoom overall a bad experience in comparison with other tools

Sharing my screen and teaching others about some theory. Also as a meeting tool for certain providers.
