Reliable and user-friendly communication platform for hybrid work

  • June 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is incredibly easy to use, whether it's for quick video calls, team meetings, or webinars. I like the clear video quality, background noise suppression, and how smooth screen sharing is. The new workspace features (like Zoom Scheduler and Whiteboard) make collaboration more seamless within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it consumes a bit more system resources, especially on older laptops. Also, a few advanced features (like webinar limits and large meeting add-ons) require extra cost, which may not be feasible for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped our team stay connected while working remotely and in hybrid models. It makes daily meetings, trainings, and client calls more organized. Features like recording, transcription, and breakout rooms improve productivity and save time.

Zoom Workplace: Streamlined Collaboration for the Modern Workforce

  • June 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace excels by unifying essential tools—meetings, chat, phone, mail, whiteboard, and project Spaces—into one seamless platform, eliminating app switching. Its standout AI Companion automates productivity: generating meeting summaries/action items, drafting messages, and brainstorming in Whiteboard. Persistent Spaces create organized hubs for projects, keeping chats, files, and tasks centralized. Robust scheduling tools and engagement features (polls, clips, reactions) make meetings efficient and inclusive. Together, these features streamline hybrid/remote workflows, boost team collaboration, drive tangible business results (like cost savings and productivity gains), and simplify IT management—all within a secure, scalable environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? Zoom Workplace sometimes feels like too much. I miss the simple 'just meet' days. Now, I'm drowning in tabs for Spaces, Whiteboard, and Mail – it's overwhelming, and half these tools feel half-baked compared to what I used before (looking at you, Whiteboard vs. Miro!). The AI summaries are handy but often miss the mark, needing me to rewrite them. And the constant pings across Chat, Spaces, and tasks? Exhausting. It tries to be everything, but that integration comes with bloat and a steep learning curve I didn't ask for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace (the expanded platform beyond just Zoom Meetings) tackles several key challenges in modern work, particularly for hybrid and remote teams, and its solutions generally provide significant benefits. It has tackled the inefficiency of fragmented tools, unproductive meetings, and remote collaboration friction by integrating meetings, chat, phone, whiteboard, docs, and AI into a single platform. This has solved key hybrid/remote work challenges, streamlining workflows, reducing app switching, and boosting productivity through features like AI summaries and persistent project spaces. It has simplified IT management and enhanced security. Ultimately, it has benefitted me by making teams more connected, efficient, and effective, regardless of location.

Great Easy Meeting Tool

  • June 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very good chance to join videoconferences with different devices. We usually use the tool for videoconferences where internal and external people are needed because our internal videoconference system doesn't allow external rooms to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small number of clients cannot access due to network restrictions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By integrating communication, collaboration, and productivity tools into one platform, Zoom Workplace seeks to foster a more connected, engaged, and productive work environment

Reliable and user-friendly platform for meetings and collaboration

  • June 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very easy to use, even for people who aren’t super tech-savvy. Meetings are stable and the video and audio quality are consistently good. Screen sharing works smoothly, and the collaborative features like whiteboards and breakout rooms really help make team sessions more interactive and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered with all the features, which might be confusing for new users. A better onboarding for tools like Zoom Whiteboard would be helpful. Occasionally, audio cuts out in low bandwidth areas, but this doesn’t happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the challenge of remote communication and collaboration. It keeps our team connected across different locations, enables smooth virtual meetings, and allows sharing of screens and files in real time. This reduces travel costs, boosts productivity, and ensures everyone stays aligned regardless of location.

Best video conference for business & engineering activity

  • June 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers high quality video and audio that makes remote meetings feel smooth and productive. As an engineer, I often use it for technical discussions, client briefings, and team coordination across different locations. Features like screen sharing, annotation, and breakout rooms are especially useful when I need to explain engineering drawings, system diagrams, or walk through simulation results. The UI is intuitive, and the connection is stable even with average internet bandwidth
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom sometimes struggles when dealing with low-bandwidth environments particularly in remote project areas. Also, while the basic plan is decent, advanced collaboration features (like cloud recording and large meeting support) require a paid subscription. It would be great if more features were available in the free tier, especially for startups or individual consultants
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the challenge of distance. Whether I'm working with a client abroad or coordinating with internal teams across different cities, Zoom bridges the communication gap. I’ve used it to deliver virtual training sessions, present tender documentation, and even guide on site teams through technical tasks. This flexibility saves time, travel cost, and keeps all stakeholders aligned in real time
