Zoom: Easy, Reliable Video Calls for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy and smooth it makes virtual meetings, with great video quality and simple features that anyone can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can be resource-heavy, sometimes causing slowdowns or connection issues, especially during larger meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote collaboration by making virtual meetings easy and accessible. It benefits me by enabling smooth communication with teams, no matter where everyone is located.

Its easy and efficient interface always attracts me . I have used it for video as well as audio meetings and it goes along so well.

Its a great plateform for meetings and i didn't see any drawback. Nothing to dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
What’s most helpful about Zoom Workplace is the multi platform consistency of settings and program stability which works for video conferencing. Features a low latency video stream as well on mobile as on the computer and able to facilitate learning and screen sharing with ease and integrated well
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much that I dislike however zoom could improve with its auto closed captioning system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Zoom Workplace solving is with the latency and lag problems we had with Skype so we switched to using Zoom for improved stability and strength in our videoconferencing app with phone pc and multiple form factors.

What do you like best about the product?
1. We have been using Zoom for years as part of our company, organizing events and meetings on a periodic basis.
2. Have a generous free account so you can send invitations outside your organization to anyone and they will be able to attend.
3. Competitively priced paid plans.
4. A lot of features for the organizer, able to record, mute participants and start/stop sharing and participants as well.
5. Easy to use since the application works on different platforms, phones android, ios, and also desktops.
I also love that it comes with four different variations so it can be customized based on our organization's needs. I like the HD video and voice quality. Private and group chats are also one of unique features.

2. For video sharing you need high bandwidth, which can be optimized by enabling different video quality.
3. I don't like the free and pro plans have limited options like time limits to 40 minutes if the presenter is not there, sometimes the presenter just leaves the meeting, and then we all are kicked out.
4. I hope the protection is increased as SSL is not enough for some events and confluences.

All in all, I believe Zoom is a great video conferencing software option compared that has a lot to offer in terms of value. Its Meeting Lock functionality, where administrators can pick and choose more carefully when participants are allowed to enter the room.

If we use Zoom App in mobile it will send notification before the meeting starts , its a good option

Some times while switch on the video it may take some time or its not clearly visible to the another person, please fix it asap

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom can generate a unique link to everyone invited to a meeting. This link is accessibly only to those who receive it which is great in order to prevent cybersecurity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom dislikes, the settings are a little hard to get used to. They are not as user friendly as I imaged them to be. Some of these zoom setting examples would be changing the host or muting the audio for attendees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing the world to get connected since it allows over 100 users to stay in touch with the click of a link. You're able to see everyone's faces and not just a few, which is great for engagement and participation purposes.
Reliable, accessible, and flexible video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Support for a native linux client made this product stand out. They offer native clients for all OSs and a web client. Sophisticated features if you need them, but above all the quality is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface not quite as elegant as gotomeeting but I'm sure it will improve over time. Just an aesthetic complaint, doesn't affect functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use audio and video conferencing with customers across the globe, as well as internally. We had been using another platform that was easy to use but had inconsistent quality. The main bonus with Zoom is that the quality has been reliable and that makes us confident putting it in front of our customers.

This program is easy to use and very reasonably priced. I can't do without it!
It's always a great idea to see your clients when speaking to them. Why just call when you can see them and talk to them. You can also record the session for future review/use.

Unfortunately, Zoom eliminated spell check in the chat!

No particular problem was solved. I believe clients feel more comfortable when they can see me and can relate better to my coaching.

This is a must if you're a coach, or have non-local customers. It's always good to put a name with a face!

What do you like best about the product?
I understand how to join zoom meeting and work in it. But when I am using it myself it's going hard to submit proper images , writing material, sharing screen, add audios etc. I want to ask is there any way to learn it immediately.?

Not getting how to add third person from another place for speech. How to use images or screens or boards to teach? It must have to improve immediately.

Nowadays zoom is good for all business. It is solving so many problems. It is better to us to arrange meetings from all around the world. But I didn't have used it for my business.

Zoom is the most ultimate application used by most of the people for video conferencing and screen sharing.I like this application as it is very easy to use and the user interface is very good.This app gives great quality of video and supports as many as people to join in a conference.This app gives good support and help.It provides an option to chat with the people who are in conference.File sharing is very good in this application.

I have only few issues with this application,it does not allow many people to join in the free version of this application.
This app provides to record videos in a format which many are not interested to use that format.and sometimes the customer service is not so good.and we cannot share a file in the chat.

It solves many of our university problems,now it is easy to share our views,ideas among our colleagues and teachers.our university uses this application to say classes.This provides good video quality feature and audio quality.It is very useful to communicate with people who are at long distance
