Zoom is a great way for E-Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to be more efficient with managing your work calendar effectively. I am a big fan of this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have dislikes with this software. Five-stars. It was extremely helpful for conducting meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to solve enhancing our communications capabilities

look ok but i had issues with the sound quality

Easy to use has the look and feel of other vendors but i had issues with the voice quality and sound.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ability to annotate on existing session is a bit tricky and there is no good/quick option to annotate and delete old markings on a session without clearing manually old annotations

online conferencing for teams that are located on a different location and while working from home

due to the quality of the sound at some of our meetings i would recommend checking this issue prior to committing or purchasing this service.
Fantastic Product - used for D&D
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is fast, easy and extemely user friendly. I love playing D&D with it and, honestly, I am surprised that there has been no official account integration between Zoom and WoC. Y'all should partner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Inviting people could work a little better. It's not as seamless an experience as say Google Meets, but that may just be by nature of it being an app and not a website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it makes communal gaming so much easier. I'd say I use it mostly for that, where I found it by way of work, I only use it for gaming at the moment and it's fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
The new things in zoom is its AI powered companion and tasks tab. This automates follow ups, docs and clips. Also includes mobile voice recorder and live notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can improve its AI companion. We need better control over it. Also wider integrations needed of zoom with other third parties. Needs to work on privacy as well. AI often includes personal or off-topic remarks in meeting summaries, which can lead to awkwardness or privacy concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I was not able to get connected with clients...but now through this app i can easily contact our clients through video conferencing.
Great Video Conferencing Software with advance features
What do you like best about the product?
100 Plus Participants can participate at a time.
Once host start the meeting and giving the meeting id to participant and after start meeting if host leave the meeting participant can stay online.
Its good product from every angle and i like everything of this product. I also like the recording feature of this product. This product has saved the travelling expance of my organization. After this product my company's executive have attent all meetings on zoom.

I don't like anything in this product.Everything of this Product is understandable and we are happy with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are Organizing the meetings and also video conferencing of our Directors and after this product we can schedule our meetings easily.We can easily demonstrate our presentation through screen sharing and also keep in touch with other end director through Polycom Camera that is integrate with this Zoom Video conferencing Product.We have completely admin control of this product. I also like the mute on joining time feature of this product.

I will recommend to this product to every organization its a good video conferencing solution.I am happy with this product.
Best web based video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I have yet to have a problem connecting to someone on a video conference using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there’s nothing that I have found that I dislike about the platform yet. I guess I could say that sometimes it’s a bit confusing how best or most intuitively to invite other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly used for remote meetings with colleagues as well as to conference with my students. It was also extremely helpful during remote classes during the pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As I said elsewhere in this review, it is the best most accessible web based video conferencing software that I have found. It works great across long distances and is fairly intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Zoom is how easy to use it is, the ability to switch screen presenters, choose what on your screen you’d like to share and select different views makes it a much smoother process, especially when presenting to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I’ve ever experienced with zoom is some audio feedback. If a user is logged in on the computer and calling in, they often hear a ringing noise

We have clients all over the world and with zoom, we’re able to both save costs by Not traveling to present, and also control how the information is presented to the clients with features like screen sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a staple for our organization to communicate with our colleagues and external partners. Zoom has new features that make working in that space even easier with various integrations. It definitely has come a long way since I started using it 8 years ago. I prefer it over some of the other online calling and webinar platforms available. They have also improved their accessibility features for those who need it. I would definitely recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since adding the app, I do not use the online version as much. However, when I am using a link from someone outside of my organization, it gets a little complicated to navigate between the online paltform and the app. It seems that the system gets confused as to which one supersedes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom, my boss can be anywhere in the country and we can chat face-to-face and discuss things with a group to plan events and share ideas. When we had to patch in an employee for a meeting from the middle east, it was pretty easy. We submitted the meeting id to her a few days before, and she joined the meeting just a few minutes prior. The group in our location could ask her questions and discuss details that otherwise would not have been answered without the Zoom meeting capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are on the fence about which type of video conferencing to go with... Zoom should be at the top of the list. I know there are so many others out there, but it's an easy use format and can only get better over time. Calls are clear, it's easy to set up a meeting, and it it can integrate with other platforms such as Microsoft Teams to make your workflow more seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Mobile conferencing is just as easy as desktop. You don't have to be at your desk to join meetings and contribute to discussions, the mobile version of Zoom is just as good if not better than desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version hours could be extended for none business accounts (its a great way to get more people using Zoom in both personal and professional life).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy of jumping on or off. I've been even more impressed watching my 80 year old mum zooming me (during work hours which isn't ideal, but it's keeping us connected)
