What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom according to me would definitely include it being very easy to use joining meetings, sharing screens, scheduling meetings, be it anything it requires very minimal effort.
Other than this, a lot of times I have noticed that even if I don’t have a strong internet connection still the video and audio quality stays very much consistent.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed battery drainage issue while using Zoom on my laptop a lot and I have also heard some security issues regarding Zoom from my colleagues which made me think twice before using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I very much like Zoom’s clean settings and easy setup, they have also unified calls, meetings, calendar, chat which helps me save a lot of time switching between these.
I have been loving the AI feature as well, it’s been so easy to summarise meetings, follow up drafts and make schedules using the AI feature.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how dependable it is for everyday communication. Meetings run smoothly, audio and video quality stay clear, and collaboration tools like chat and screen sharing work without issues. It makes teamwork easy, whether people are in the office or working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, all working well and good.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of disconnected communication across teams and locations. It brings meetings, chat, and collaboration into one place, reducing delays and confusion. This helps teams communicate faster, stay aligned, and work more efficiently, especially in remote and hybrid work environments.
Great Transcription and Browser Access, But Updates Can Interrupt Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is my go-to platform for meeting with my supervisor and running online classes. I find the transcription tool especially valuable, as it allows me to catch up on anything I might have missed during a meeting by reading the transcript. Another feature I enjoy is the ability to join sessions directly from my browser, which gives me access to all the same functions and features as the desktop app. Inviting others to my meetings is also very straightforward, just a single click is needed. Additionally, I appreciate being able to disconnect my audio at any time, which comes in handy on occasion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app tends to update frequently, and I find it frustrating when it decides to update right as I’m about to join a meeting. My PC also becomes noticeably slow whenever I open Zoom. Additionally, I’m not a fan of having to manually share the audio from a specific page every time I share my screen; I wish this process were automatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect & Meeting my supervisor virtually for feedback when we are not in the office. Also, brainstorming together on the whiteboard.

I like how easy it is to use Zoom Workplace. Meetings start quickly, and the video and audio quality are reliable. Everything, including chat, calendar, and calls, is in one place. It saves time and helps teams communicate better.

Sometimes, Zoom Workplace can use a lot of system resources, especially on older devices. Some features are only available in paid plans, and updates can sometimes be a bit disruptive. Overall, the downsides are small.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of the user interface in Zoom Workplace, which makes it simpler to use. I also value the options of sharing a call or using meeting IDs to enter meetings, especially when the call involves both internal and external attendees. The initial setup was very easy with no delay, which I found impressive. These features, along with its functionality, lead me to rate it a 9 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quality of video gets grainy or people freeze. It can take time away from the call's main discussion and make us step away to solve the issue.
