Great, Cost Effective Tool to Resolve a Common GTM Issue
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using this lead routing tool for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made for our sales process. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and implement and integrate without feeling overwhelmed. Even if you're not tech-savvy, you'll find it simple to get up and running.
One of the standout features is the excellent customer support. The team is highly responsive and always ready to jump on a call whenever we need assistance. Their dedication to ensuring we get the most out of the platform is impressive, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers' success.
Overall, this tool has streamlined our lead management process and made it more efficient, all without the usual headaches that come with new software. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive lead routing solution!

What do you dislike about the product?
A few visual things on the UX/UI experience can be improved. Also the ability to link campaigns with orginal webform routing would be useful to have on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual distribution of leads via email using an open Google Calendar. Revenuehero removes this decision making out of Sales managers hands, giving them the time to focus on what is important: helping their teams win deals.
Fantastic Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Although RevenueHero offers a great tool, I want to brag about the support they provide. As a RevOps Architect my main job is to ensure all systems are always working, if we ever have a problem in Revenue Heroe, their support is quick to jump on a call and help us resolve the problem epeditiouly and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found, is the routing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue Heroe helps us solve the sales scheduling and routing.
Best meeting booking software
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service - very responsive and available. Great integrations and help with custom code to work in our tech stack. Easy integration with Hubspot is key here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to mind - the software works as it should - seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use RevenueHero across our business which is B2B2C. It makes meetings easy to book for our business prospects and consumer prospects.
Very responsive team, helped us hit the ground running
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot connection was a must for us and the team is what really sets them apart. From setup to testing they are very responsive and get the job done fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing top of mind, I do think we have a relatively limited use which I hope to expand.

Powerful tool for all sorts of routing scenarios
What do you like best about the product?
The support team has been exceptional in addressing every single blocker and request we encounter, consistently considering the broader scope of the use case. The Salesforce integration performs superbly—it's fast and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the UI feature of seeing and managing public router links will be great

RevenueHero has been instrumental in optimizing our sales processes and maximizing our team's productivity. Its suite of features from meeting schedulers to more personalized routing options and campaign tracking has been great for our inbound funnels.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue Hero helps us qualify and route leads to the right people on the sales team
Can't-Beat value & ease -- no brainer
What do you like best about the product?
Such an easy-to-use and easy-to-implement solution. We were switched over from Calendly in about an afternoon. We wanted CRM-based routing as well as robust round-robin routing and, for the price, it was such a simple, easy sell and adoption. The other option with similar features came in around 3-4x the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing comes to mind. There's always a tiny learning curve with new software, and this is no different, but it's worth the investment in learning for the features, cost and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Calendly on a legacy plan for our larger org. We needed more routing capabilities for just our sales org and the cost to move up in Calendly tiers didn't make sense and didn't have all of the features and customization as RevenueHero. We can now reliably route prospects from owned accounts to the correct rep and then round robin net new across our team.
Incredible alternative to Chilipiper
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support from the sales process to onboarding to maintenance has been stellar. The second I have a question, I am sent a calendar invite for time with our rep to problem solve together. Each time we get together we simplify and improve our instance, which has been great!
There is a lot of flexibility in how you can set up routing, but my main thing is that it integrates directly to hubspot.
When I previously used Chilipiper, it was almost impossible to diagnose routing issues because it ran through Zapier and we lost a lot of the detail of the actions our instance actually took.
Customer service is also way better than when I was working with Chilipiper. Frequently, I would meet and leave feeling more confused about the platform than I did going into the meeting.

My main issues are not with ReveneueHero itself, so much as how we handled implementation internally. It got passed around our Ops team a few times and so it was a bit muddied to understand how/why we set it up the way we did/cause routing issues. However, after meeting to tweak and simplify with our rep once or twice, we seem to have fixed it and it's running smoothly!
Our sales team has mentioned that it would be nice if we could see 5 business days out (instead of only 5 days out) on calendars that have settings to only show available slots (aka, folks can't click a weekend day to see that there are no available times).
We have relatively complicated routing, which made it very easy for us to overcomplicate our initial implementation, but once it was live we easily made improvements and things are running smoothly now!

Faster time to schedule meetings, which eleminates time that reps would have to follow up with prospects who request a demo. I have yet to have a chance to run conversion rate comparisons to see if there is an improvement, but my gut says yes!

What do you like best about the product?
User experience and customizability. Mostly how easy it is to deliver to our end user. Also the customer support is the best i've ever had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its still early so they don't have everything ironed out which is fine.

What I like best about RevenueHero is its fast and scalable technology, which has significantly enhanced our operations. The support team is exceptional, always ready to assist with any queries or issues promptly. Since switching to RevenueHero, we've seen a substantial increase in the number of meetings generated, and I'm excited to see how far we can push things in the future.

I haven't had a negative experience yet.
