RevenueHero is a 10/10 & an upgrade over Chilipiper

What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints so far. Issues have been addressed and fixed by the support team instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using RevenueHero for meeting booking, lead distribution and routing within sales team members based on custom distribution & matching rules.
Unmatched Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and their unmatched support. We moved from Chilipiper to RevenueHero and found RevenueHero to be much more intuitive to set up, use, and make changes to. It reduced a bit of redundant efforts we had to do in Chilipiper. The RevenueHero team have been outstanding in their support, answering all our technical questions with speed and ease - not only making us feel confident in the sales cycle and in onboarding, but for the rest of our partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really. It seems the product is growing quickly (which is a pro) but occasionally clicking in the app would lead to a 404 error page but the team very quickly resolved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex lead routing and scheduling meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love getting support from their team via slack. They are so quick to respond and are super kind!
The tool is easy to use but for something that I only log into occasionally I still get tripped up from time to time. I asked for a zoom call via slackand was able to coordinate with someone within a few minutes and Bhargav was abosultely deliteful to deal with. He was super helpful, answered my question and thought about another scenario I hadn't.
10/10 would recommend!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind so far! We switched from ChiliPiper and find the functioanality to be easier in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surfacing different calendars to leads based on CRM activity and round robin rules.
Demo Routing with RevenueHero
What do you like best about the product?
We have a somewhat complex territory/ownership structure, and RevenueHero allows us to "set and forget" on our demo booking page and make sure that the right contacts go to the right sellers to book meetings. Setup was fast and easy - because the RH module basically sits on top of our existing Hubspot form, we didn't need to re-create our forms or web pages, just simply installed the javascript and we were on our way! The support is also excellent - we have a Slack channel with the RH team and always get fast responses and assistance. Just the other day, my colleague reached out to the RH team with a question and was on a video call with them 30 minutes later. We only use RevenueHero for inbound routing at the moment, but I would recommend them to anyone looking to streamline demo requests and meeting booking!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. Navigation of the tool could seem confusing at first, but the detailed documentation and support from the team render that a moot point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a complex territory/contact assignment structure, where a single contact could be routed to specific folks based on their needs. RevenueHero allows for a seamless end-user experience of requesting a basic demo, and all the magic happens in the background where RH looks at multiple Hubspot fields to determine who the meeting should be assigned to, and showing their available times to the end user.
Fantastic product, fantastic team, fantastic results
What do you like best about the product?
As a SaaS marketer I went into the product with high hopes - increasing booked demos on the site. I knew our current demo booking journey needed work - but I was honestly so surprised to see the results. The tool is also very well designed, pleasing to use, and the team deliver superhuman support. If you want to bok more calls from your site, just try it.
Just the past week we've managed to catch two big leads who got halfway through scheduling a call - previously we would have missed those, but I was able to reach out and save the leads. That's on top of the increased inbound bookings we've seen too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's honestly been a great addition to our tech stack and our demo journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing inbound booked demos on our site. We used to use Hubspot's meeting scheduler, and I knew we were losing people on the booking journey. Not any more!
Best Investment Ever
What do you like best about the product?
We use RevenueHero to reduce friction in the buying process and to schedule meetings automatically instead of hunting prospects down to get them scheduled. It's easy to use and integrates well with our CRM. Customer support is brilliant, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially found some of the logic labels confusing, but after working with the system, that's no longer a concern. This is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero has shortened the time between the day a prospect fills out a form to the time they get scheduled for a meeting to zero. It's saved our xDR team a huge amount of time and work.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to implement. The team and Revenue Hero were able to set up a live demo using our HubSpot CRM during our first demo call. They've been on hand via Slack to support on any question or issue (rare) that we've had - really couldn't fault that. Implementation across all our forms has been simple and using the the platofmr itself is easy enough for a Digital Marketer with minimal dev support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides currently. Sometimes getting matching the fields to HubSpot and getting the router criteria right can be fiddly but it's still really pretty straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's increased the number of booked meetings we see in HubSpot and reduced the time between lead to booked meeting considerably. It's also hugely more convienient for potential customers.
Best in class customer success team
What do you like best about the product?
The support they offer is unmatched, the product itself is amazing and you can tell that they are launching new features based on real user needs. But the level of support we get everytime we have questions or something isn't working as it should is great.
Also, the platform is intuitive and everything can be setup and kicked off pretty fast.

Only had 1 bug when matching a property to HubSpot, that's all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prequalifying form and launchign a calendar based on that prequalfying stage, also the assignemnt within the sales team.
Most Impressive Implementation Team
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero has helped us double the number of qualified leads booked for a demo. We were having trouble with so many of our Hubspot form fills not booking a demo even though they requested one. RevenueHero has helped us dramatically improve that. Their team was so easy to work with, and it was, overall, very easy to implement. They put my team on a shared Slack channel with a few people from their team, and they've been incredibly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that I dislike about RevenueHero yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to not be able to show a specific sale person's schedule on our website when booking a demo, but now we are able to ensure that leads get matched in our CRM before a schedule is shown.
Excellent Product and Affordable Price
What do you like best about the product?
I was using a similar product but at 3-4 times the price. Switched to Revenue Hero. Support during set-up was easy with 2-4 zoom calls. Super helpful support team. Helped me get everything set-up and synced with our CRM and Google calendars. Had a question just today and support emailed me right back and got me helped out. Amazing!

No real downsides, I'm sure there other compaable products out there but Revenue Hero works great and is afforable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website leads have the option to schedule a time with sales right after they submit the contact form. Eliminates that in-between step of sales trying to get a hold of the prospect and get an initial meeting on the calendar.
