The best, easily customizable meeting router I've seen

What do you like best about the product?
They LISTEN. We had a long courtship, where we stuck with the original software we had for a full additional year after originally talking to RevenueHero. When we had finally had enough with the original software, we came back to RevenueHero with the same complaints we'd had the year before that were never resolved and they had a solution for every. single. pain point. They are always accessible when I need support. Implementation was a breeze. Use of native data enrichment is top notch. It's truly one of the best pieces of software I have in my tech stack currently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, just that there's no faking good setup. Implementation will take longer if you aren't solid on how you want your routing criteria to flow, so have it mapped out in advance to get up and running faster!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have wildly complicated routing for our sales and partnerships teams. The faster we can get meetings on the books for them, the better, and RevenueHero made the setup and implementation so easy. I have to make changes all the time and it never takes me more than a couple minutes.

Great product, even better support

What do you like best about the product?
The product itself works very well, the support is extremely responsive and helpful (slack support), and the onboarding process is very smooth with an accompanied demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
They currently don't support the new generation Hubspot forms, but it's an industry thing, not a revenue hero thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues routing leads who wanted to book a meeting directly on our website based on which region they were based. RH solved that problem for us with IP matching.

What do you like best about the product?
This is written by a user, so I know the tools and see the problems head on..

Frankly the tool is really simple out of the box and does what it says it's going to do. Makes it incredibly easy for prospects to book directly from our website and route to the proper AE.

Our inbound lead turnover time is almost instant. The best part is the ownership rules and matching the correct calendar based on previous ownership OR funnel type.

Prior to RevHero, we were huge Chili Piper customers for a few years. They were the name we saw on LinkedIn, seemed like the best option and went with them.

Unfortunately the calendar routing issues were a plenty... Like. Bad. Honestly it got to the point we down right said the tool was creating more issues than it was solving. We had so many routing issues. Prospects would book a meeting, then be routed to the wrong calendar, and ultimately we would have to move/reschedule that meeting.

When we switched to RevHero it was a complete 180.. The amount of mismatched opportunities and routing errors likely cut in half if not more.

Sure, there is the occasional routing issue due to ownership, but it's a fraction of what it was previously.

Easy to implement, easy to use, easy to integrate and the support is FAR better. Our VP of Marketing has gone on record to say RevHero is more of "An extension of our team".

When you can save money, have more access, easier implementation, better support and it does what it says? Yeah. I'm in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've seen is the fact that the team's round robin calendar has different buffers and blocks for booking than my personal calendar.

So it can create back to backs. BUT, I've been told that's a settings problem (by our internal administrator) and it's being fixed.

So wouldn't consider it a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamlessly routes inbound leads to the correct calendar and proper AE. Also an easy scheduling tool as is.

Prospects can book right from our website, land on the correct calendar and get the meeting setup without having to consider if it's wrong.

Literally BEST Support in my 25+ Tech Stack

What do you like best about the product?
#1 - My customer support rep Bhargav is the most reliable and helpful rep I have ever worked with in my 33 years.

#2 - I am making MORE MONEY. I am booking more 3X more calls because of their intutive Instant Booking feature

#3 - The customizable features have let me keep my branding and use my own interal forms

#4- any set up, tech routing, mapping, etc is completley done with you and is simple and easy. Plus, any issues that may arrise (for me issues with my website) they LITTERALLY hopped on a call with me on a Sunday and walked me through the issues that were not even RevenueHero related

#5 - super easy to use, integrates with all my tech stack, easy for cusotmers too + LOOKS GREAT


RH is better and WAY more afordable than chilipier, will make you more money than calendly etc + will give you a team of genuine people like Bhargav that want to see you win.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their product looks so great that I wish revenue hero could have really asthetically pleasing form builder inside of revenue hero so I could use a revenue hero form. This would let me play with calendar first booking. Right now the lead fills a form then gets a calendar, but getting to A/B test a calendar and then a form would be nice.

I also with they integrated with Zapier. They have lots of workarounds though and have help me in everyuse case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It getting me more leads faster. Its helping me stay organzized and reduce drop off with custom SMS reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology just works! But more importantly their support function is amazing. Any time I have a question or need help setting something up they are quick to respond and are available on Slack. They really feel like an extension of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a bit of work, something things that should be easy to find and edit can take a bit of searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Revenue Hero for inbound meeting scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero is a powerhouse meeting scheduler. The HubSpot integration has been invaluable for our workflow, and connecting it to our onsite forms was seamless.

RevenueHero can handle both individual and team scheduling needs. I use it for my own meetings and we also use their round robin feature to distribute meetings across our entire team.

RevenueHero's customer support and onboarding team has truly been exceptional, with a special shout out to Bhargav. RevenueHero's support staff is top tier and among the best I've had the pleasure of interfacing with.

They've made the platform's extensive features approachable and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
While very powerful, RevenueHero's exhaustive feature set can almost be overwhelming. At first glance the platform seems complex, however, with the excellent onboarding experience, they helped guide us through the platform's complexity and uncover the features that were important to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero effectively distributes demo requests across the team while ensuring HubSpot, Zoom, and Google Calendar are all synced. Additionally, RevenueHero enables each person to configure personal meeting links which can be shared or embedded in email to make booking meetings easy for prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology is great, but the customer experience and support is out of this world. They are extremely dedicated, responsive, and helpful with any request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a power user of the tool yet, and sometimes can get lost in the navigation, so I end up clicking around a bit. It's not a big deal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted the ability to spin up or down simple to advanced routing logic, based on changes to internal sales team strategy. This helps us route meetings to the right team member effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The tool works great for booking meetings. It integrates well with HubSpot & gives us extra reporting, we've never had any issues.

But the support is great. Whenever we encounter an issue the team is ready to help us solve it almost immediately. They're really helpful & easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little tricky to get your head around. Sometimes making changes aren't entirely obvious or intuitive. But this is more than made up for by the support you receive. The team are seemingly available 24/7 to help, and somehow remember details about our company from months and months ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting – we can now report based on the time the meeting is scheduled for, not just the time the booking is made.
