RH is a great tool. Any routing solution proposed is doable with RH. Scheduling works very well

What do you dislike about the product?
I would rather prefer a simpler setup for routing. You have routers, campaign routers, distribution rules, conditions, teams, pods. I works fine but sometimes I maybe lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RH is solving our lead routing problem. leads now are routing for the teams we need, also we were able to add on features such as relay links. Leads can now schedule directly with the users we want
Completely customizable, flexible, and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I market cybersecurity professionals that are very sensitive apparent phishing or spamming attempts. I ended up choosing RevenueHero because you can connect to a custom domain that matches your primary company domain, customize the follow up to be from your company email, AND it was more straightforward in packaging and reasonably priced for a small startup.
Also, you get your own dedicated Slack support channel and I've never gone longer than 30 minutes without a response. Response time most of the time is under 5 minutes.
The tool integrates seamlessly with SFDC, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, and Zoom. RevenueHero is triggered on a daily basis and we have replaced Calendly for booking links outside of the direct GTM team and saved a little money there. Overall from implementation we are seeing an autobooking rate on demo and trial form fills of 80%+ so it has also improved our meeting stickiness and resolved some BDR process and painpoints.
Highly recommend working with RevenueHero over competitive solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
None - the only gripe I have is with Clearbit for enrichment (which is awesome that RevenueHero offers that option to purchase through them) doesn't 100% match our industries but that isn't RevenueHero's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On demo and trial form fills we were having to chase prospects to grab time with them, go back and forth to communicate availability, and were only booking maybe 60-70% of form fills into disco meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, it is affordable and the customer support is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is short on some features and user interface is not amazing but overall is a good platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Support RevenueHero provides is fantastic. From implementation to enablement and ongoing, we have had amazing support provided with very quick responses. Our primary contact, Bhargav, is always so willing to jump onto a meeting and problem solve with us when we're either not understanding a feature or coming across some use case problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Revenue Hero does have a few limitations when it comes to the use case of our business. One of our biggest challenges was users not being able to adjust meetings on other's calendars. That requires admin level permissions. Although, we have been told this is a feature currently being worked on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue Hero provides great insight into the outcome of a meeting. It's ability to integrate directly into HubSpot was a primary selling point for us.
GREAT VALUE and GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding and support from Revenue Hero is outstanding. The walked us through every step and every detail of setting our account up the way we wanted. The team was incredibly responsive and continues to offer support in the most timely manner. I know I'll be able to hop on a call within 24 hours for even the smallest thing. I'm so glad we went with Revenue Hero!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the interface isn't my favorite or most user friendly. It takes a bit of using to figure your way around and I wish they had a calendar view of all my meetings. That said, what they lack in UX, the more than make up for in support.

RevenueHero is a powerful tool, but the initial setup can feel a bit technical if you're not familiar with routing logic or CRM integrations. That said, their support team was very responsive and helped us get everything up and running quickly.

All the features we needed are there and in addition what makes the difference is their proactive support, they literally answer everything within minutes and are super helpful, meaning that not only they answer rather they propose solutions or even predict what might happen and what we need to take care.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a solution for everything in RevenueHero when managing large sales teams with a meeting handoff needs. The interface is clean and easy to understand. But most of all, support is really outstanding. They are here everytime you need it from onboarding to consolidating the tool in your organization. Brilliant.

Maybe a translated interface and a revamping of users/admin management !

Great booking tool to reduce no show %
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented RH a month ago, and since then our no show % has basically dropped to 0.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a tighter integration with hubspot i.e. create hubspot contacts when the prospects adds a guest to the invite
