Asana Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look and feel of Asana. It is really easy to navigate and use which I like. It is also easy to add team members, and keep track of projects, and assign tasks to individuals
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that it needs a bunch of plugins to do what other task management software options have built in like time tracking and reporting. That is a little annoying. Also, it doesnt let you trial the full version unless you put in your credit card info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
project management, task management, time reporting, scheduling, etc
Best Tool For Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an all-in-one platform for daily tasks and organization. You can combine the features of Evernote, Google Sheets, Wrike and more all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to customize my background more. Other than that, the platform is exactly what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account notes, To-Do lists, outsourcing items to other team members, deadline organization, and more!
Great for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for cross-team project management. I really like that they added the new boards feature, which is similar to Trello. This has allowed me to consolidate all of my project management onto Asana instead of multiple vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I get recurring tasks that I can't seem to delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me execute on projects with cross-team members. I like that you can create teams, and then members from different teams can collaborate on projects. It's also nice that you can sum up all of your ongoing tasks in an aggregated to-do list or just look at your tasks as part of each project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your only hesitation is that you currently use Trello, check out Asana's board feature. It's pretty similar.
Asana Project Management Review
What do you like best about the product?
The aesthetics of Asana set it a part from other project management platforms. Content is appropriately spaced, the colors are bright and inviting, and the navigation of projects is easy. It also has many opportunities to link to other apps, such as slack, dropbox, google, etc., making its use seamless across the entire business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of Asana is sufficient; however, the premium paid version has so many more features. I wish that there were more of these features available in the free version, such as timelines. This is less about the software and more about me wishing I could afford the premium version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has made it much easier for our team to break down the tasks necessary for our projects. It has also made collaboration much easier as information is always up to date and we never have to worry about whether we're working on an old version of something.
best project management software ive used
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has everything you could want in a project management software. Its a super simple, easy to use interface that allows you to keep track of all your teams and the projects of your teams. One of my favorite features is how collaborative it is, it feels like your editing a google doc. Which bring me to an important part, the integrations. Asana has the best 3rd party integrations of any project management software ive used.
What do you dislike about the product?
i really cant think of anything i dislike. even the mobile app is great. The free plan gives you more than what you would need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping my business processes organized and getting things done on time.
Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple platform and how endless the possibilities are. There's a bit of a learning curve but once you create the systems you need it flows seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lists can be tricky to create when you're first getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes, idea and resource organization, client workflow

Probably More Powerful than I Know
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Asana because a client uses it. I must admit I haven't spent a lot of time learning how to use it. However it does give the client and me a shared space to track progress on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that intuitive. I can't just start using it and be able to figure out how it works. If I watched a tutorial or read the help I'd probably be able to use it more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana lets multiple people track progress on the same project.
Organize yourself productively in all your contexts
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, in less than an hour you can learn to use all its functionalities. It is ideal to have a list of the tasks you do during the week, both in your work and in your daily life. You can create projects in the form of boards to track and create reminders. You can create very detailed checklist templates to copy and paste whenever you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit heavy, I tried it with an average internet connection and I had to wait long enough for all the dependencies to load. The rest is an excellent software, I do not regret having it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has the option to be synchronized with Google Calendar and increase its potential use, as well as the synchronization with Gmail to activate it appears a button to send the email to the tasks, so you can turn it into a project, just great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version is very complete and I think it is more than enough for any type of average user. The premium version includes schedules, custom fields and much more. It's really worth paying for a premium version since its price is very low.
This application is great for professionals in need of project management.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can add a task to someone within Slack and it go directly to that persons to do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that there isn't an "assign all task to me" button. It is really time consuming to have to assign every task to yourself individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work is much more organized with the help of Asana's task management features. It has never been more satisfying checking off tasks and seeing them completed!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think any professional should use this application. It will give businesses a leg up on team commitment and completion.
Asana - A must have for any team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track projects in various layouts depending on what works for each staff member. The latest premium options have also offered much more customization capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about Asana would be the mobile app not being nearly as efficient or user friendly as the web platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve increased efficiency across our team which in turn as made our projects more successful. Team members have been able to be relied upon more and are more proactive in their roles.
