Super Easy Tasks creation and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface, although a little slow to load, is super fast and easy to use. Everything is clickable and very easy to change on the same page. tasks can be setup and assigned in a few seconds. Every user gets a dashboard with My Tasks listed on it. It lets you collaborate, filter tasks by status and upload and store attachments. Everything is available as a drag and drop feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is free with only a small number of users. For larger projects and bigger team, you will need to go for a paid version. You cannot assign same task to more than one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using free version of Asana for more than 5 years. It has grown in features. It has made our project management between team members in different time zone very easy. We are using it to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to immediately start with your project management. Not much of a learning curve.

There should've been a tutorial on how to use the app rather than making the people figure it out for themselves.

Project tracking could improve. They’ve added new features recently, but it’s not as good as MS Project

Our main objective is to organize our project flow. Asana does that in an intuitive way from both creatives and pms

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me stay organized and allows me to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner. It also allows me to stay connected with staff members.

Some staff members are anti asana in the sense where they don’t keep up with tasks through the website which makes things fall behind a bit

Your file tracking is very efficient, we can have a lot of organization thanks to this incredible tool to distribute work in an orderly manner and the collaboration of the entire work team.

I would like the search for ko files not to require a constant internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a very efficient tool and has been very helpful in streamlining the entire process of documents, process tracking, and tasks. Our delivery times and communication have improved greatly thanks to the team collaboration that this software provides, all of which has translated into an increase in clients and profits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say it is a very useful tool for tracking and managing files to be searched in a much simpler way. You must try it and see if it is convenient for your companies.

It is a very simple and rich tool that allows you to manage and plan your projects, since it is a collaboration software that you very good with which I can do everything you want. But In asana, it doesn't seems that every content inc. tasks and projects are connected. Sometimes I want to know about similar cases and projects to make things happen. But In Asana, I can't refer to the previous project and attach the result and file and comment from previous projects to current on-going project.

An excellent tool for managing tasks and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful because it helps to keep everything related to a task in the same context: images, PDF files, copies is excellent since it is not software that allows you to manage your time, you can also see tasks in its entirety. important you do not necessarily have to create projects to start adding tasks, in conclusion it contains everything my company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When an action is generated, it generates an email, which causes the inbox to be full of notifications and that causes the most important ones to be lost, a situation that does not feel good and forces me to log in again.

It is a fair price advertisement tool we could not find something better, and with the fact of generating individualities and solving in real time has been the most benefits, in addition to its low cost.

It is a powerful tool so I recommend its use its interface is clean and low cost. It is very versatile since it adapts to every need, it does not require large teams, you can also delegate tasks, you will no longer be disorganized, managing tasks will be very easy.
