Asana is good for basic project management; it's not great for more complex projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a good digital to-do list, basically. I like that it reminds me daily about what I need to accomplish. It does help me handle multiple projects at one time. However, I find the more "complex" elements (like the content calendar, for example) to be confusing and unintuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain aspects are just plain confusing, and others are overly simplistic. I don't find the editorial calendars to be particularly useful, example. I also find it difficult to communicate within the app. The threads are confusing, and there's no good way to attach documents for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana definitely helps keep me organized, and has eliminated the need for some face-to-face meetings with my manager. Outside of that, I don't really use it that much. Its primary function is to remind me of due dates. The templates and boards just seem clunky to me, as is in-app communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a basic project management tool, it's a good one.
Good Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for team collaboration. It is very easy to use with friendly and beautiful interface, with quick buttons and etc. It is very simple in Asana to create task or project, to assign new user, give them permissions, receive notifications about tasks, project and thing done, scheduling tasks, managing watchers. Managing the task board is very simple and comfortable, dragging and adding sub tasks, organizing them. The interface of the application is great and very beautiful. Colors are brilliant. Asana can be integrated with other programs and it makes working in it very comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be some training or tutorials for the new users, it would be great if one can easily study first steps in Asana with some tutorials. There is no more something special to say bad about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks and assigning it to my team is the main reason i use Asana. It is very helpful and makes my work simpler.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is perfect program for people who are working in team or heading the team, Asana will help them very much. It will make their work day more comfortable.

The ability of Asana to easily schedule and collaborate on tasks within a team or department.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can get quite noisy if you are following many projects, then it takes lots of time to wade through where you are added and to adjust notification settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To ensure that in meetings tasks are followed and communication on the progress of a project is instantaneous and moving.
Manage tasks with flexibility and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It's one of those platforms that give you functions and tools that do their job. It also allows you to be connected with your co-workers and collaborate with their tasks as well, becomes a productive chain, organizes meetings, shares information, and overcomes the difficulties involved in organizing teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent platform for planning and coordinating everyone's work, without any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to organize small events such as important meetings, and cultural activities of our company, it is designed to make the job enjoyable for everyone, it feels good and gives the best results.

I appreciate how organized you can be, primarily while being on a team/group to assign tasks and see what has gotten done, what needs to get done etc.

I don’t love how the app version is missing a lot of features you get on the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a research lab, it is often difficult to keep track of who is doing what on a project. This is such a great way to stay organized. I also use it for individual purposes to make lists of everything I need to do and for when, so it makes me more efficient at work

What do you like best about the product?
I love the program because it is so straight forward and simplistic to use.

I can not think of anything I dislike about it.

It helps to keep the task organized. This program lets us see the work that was accomplished and it's easier to use due to the fact it keeps it organized.

Improve your productivity using Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has collaborated a lot in the sustained growth of our Foundation. A couple of years ago we were looking for different mechanisms to encourage workers to integrate and strengthen teamwork, and Asana was a great solution to achieve this. Asana has many functions that we use in our foundation; task managers, labels, notes, comments, personal projects, statistics are several of the functions that this software offers you; all these functions are included in its workspace tool, which is broken down into projects, personal projects and tasks, according to the type of project that we are executing in the foundation, we add different types of tasks to be fulfilled by our staff. Asana is a very efficient project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike other project managers I've used before, Asana has the most specialized and comprehensive project management function I've ever used. This software has much more extended functions than other project management software, and its workspace tool meets all the requirements necessary for you to complete your projects successfully. A very complete software and with impeccable tools that have no deficiencies or limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has given me a lot of benefits as a worker, and these benefits have enhanced my working career, as this software encourages teamwork. When I work on a project with Asana, I can do better jobs and present better projects and reports, positively conditioning my professional career in our foundation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I always recommend this software because there are many colleagues and companies I know that have excellent ideas and research projects but many are deficient because they do not have a tool that encourages teamwork for the completion of these projects. With Asana and its functional workspace, you will be able to dynamize your projects, adding ideas from all your co-workers, achieving with this higher quality textual products.

It helps me know what to do when i need to do it by!! This is great because I'm very disorganized and i just need to keep things simple and know what needs to be done when.
What do you dislike about the product?
it looks quite dizzying lots of stuff everywhere if you're working on multiples things. Also- the comments can be a little confusing like bad email conversations try to figure out what's what.

it helps everyone stay on track- managers can see where everyone is, and who needs to pick ip slack

A Very Good Project Management Tool With Lot Of Functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and its intuitive nature to create a dashboard, create a project description, assigning a member, creating subtask and list and deadlines. The UI is very clean and it can be integrated with email, other channels to get the notification and real-time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its paid model is a little bit expensive and the free tier does not cover a lot of dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is integrated with our internal CRM and emailing platform and also out slack channel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is great though and people should start with its free tier rather than going into full paid version.
