Flexible use
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Asana is how malleable it is. You can use it for personal and professional like, for example my first experience with it was using the KABANA board method for choosing a new laptop and tech devices (so I could keep track of options and move them to a section to know I've decided on it but waiting for next paycheck/sales/etc and then moving it to bought).
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails could be more helpful, and that may be on me not discovering enough of the features available to update and change preferences, but some of the emails verge on spam with not providing much detail and just saying 'there are updates to several tasks you have access to'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The professional problems that Asana is solving is that it's easy to request production requests from the marketing group, including edm and sms campaign plans or graphics and print.
The most intuitive project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an outstanding project management platform that excels at helping teams organize, track, and execute their work efficiently. Its clean, intuitive interface makes onboarding simple, while robust task management features—such as subtasks, dependencies, and custom fields—enable precise control over even complex projects. Multiple project views (List, Board, Timeline, Calendar) let users tailor their workflow visualization, and real-time collaboration tools like comments, mentions, and file attachments keep communication centralized and transparent.
Asana’s integration capabilities are impressive, connecting seamlessly with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams to create a unified workflow. Automation features, including rules and triggers, streamline repetitive processes, saving valuable time. The platform’s customizable dashboards and reporting tools offer actionable insights into project progress and team performance.
Overall, Asana stands out for its flexibility, scalability, and user-friendly design, making it an excellent choice for teams seeking to boost productivity and maintain clarity across all their projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
A notable shortcoming of Asana is that it only allows one person to be assigned to a task at a time, which can make collaboration difficult when multiple team members need to work on the same task. This limitation may lead to confusion or extra work when tasks require shared responsibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves several common project management problems, leading to significant benefits:
> Centralizes task management, so all tasks, files, and communications are in one place, reducing confusion and saving time searching through emails or scattered tools.
>Improves team collaboration and communication by allowing real-time updates, comments, and file sharing within tasks, helping everyone stay aligned and reducing miscommunication.
>Increases accountability and clarity by making it easy to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress, so everyone knows their responsibilities and timelines.
>Streamlines workflows with automation and templates, helping teams avoid repetitive manual work and stay organized.
>Provides real-time reporting and progress tracking, making it easier to spot bottlenecks and keep projects on schedule.
These features benefit users by making project management more organized, transparent, and efficient, ultimately saving time and helping teams deliver work faster and with fewer errors

Makes tracking tasks a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
It's convenient to be able to see all the tasks you need to do in one place and so you know what you need to be working on. It's also nice to see others' tasks so you can see how they impact you and how their tasks are impacted by your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I need to scroll up and down a lot in timeline view to view everything. This takes quite a bit of time and happens every time I leave and come back into timeline view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all tasks organized and keeping on track with everything that is happening. A lot more convenient than using something like Google Calendar.
Seamless Integration with Payroll and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the look and feel of Asana, and the continuing education provided to empower consultants like myself to build realistic project plans for several clients, review previous work and never start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of mine is that I was not familiar with it before. It was not on my radar and doesn't integrate with Microsoft easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to easily track my time towards projects so we can provide realistic quotes at the project or support level. It has a dynamic use to allow you to track, create reoccurring events, and copy paste into it if you have a project plan in another pplace.

The number of features when requiring more advanced project and task management. Third-party integrations must be used to manage a project (eg integration with JIRA)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A solution that is a source of truth for projects. Each project task can be tracked, and assigned with useful fields.
Excellent efficiency and workflow ease.

Time management, collaboration between teams, and keeping track of project status.
Amazing product, but some features need to be added
What do you like best about the product?
All the simplicity and versatility of the product. We can easily undestand how the program works (way better than Jira and Azure), but we can have advanced ways of visualization. The program is simple even in advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple features need to be added thinking in the user experience. Add many subtasks simply, witthout clicking to create (just pressing enter). See subtasks in a better way, today we cant see all the subtasks from all tasks in a unique view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily visualize tasks, ordered by the due date. Our team is working in different projects at the same time, but all the tasks are in a unique page. We use the comments a lot to talk with the stakeholders and align with our team
