Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the interface is user friendly, i specifically like using the Kanbad board. It is very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
1.It might feel overwhelming at first if not properly onboarded
2. Difficulty in deleting shared projects, I think it has to be removed by whoever created the project at first
3. Notifications may at times be a bit too much

Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de the product?
C'est vraiment flexible de pouvoir faire ce dont vous avez besoin, nous l'utilisons pour toutes sortes de tâches quotidiennes, de la gestion des 121, des projets, de l'intégration, toutes sortes de choses. Avec une utilisation astucieuse, cela peut être vraiment utile dans la plupart des domaines de l'entreprise.

La structure tarifaire est par tranches de 5 sièges, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez parfois payer pour des sièges que vous n'utilisez pas.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Cela nous permet de garder toute l'équipe au même endroit travaillant sur des tâches, à travers une gamme de clients - cela signifie que tout le monde sait exactement où trouver les tâches et comment les projets sont gérés. C'est juste un excellent outil pour que tout fonctionne.
Convivial mais manque de fonctionnalités et de valeur par rapport aux autres.

Asana est facile à configurer et à utiliser. La disposition des Équipes > Projets > Tâches > Sous-tâches est logique et intuitive. L'API a rendu simple la connexion avec Gmail et Google Drive. Leurs ressources de formation et leur support technique sont également excellents.

Dans le plan Starter, Asana manquait de fonctionnalités que d'autres outils de gestion de projet offrent à un prix similaire, par exemple, le suivi du temps natif et la capacité de créer des tableaux de bord qui extraient des données de plusieurs projets.
Je comprends que ces fonctionnalités peuvent être disponibles sur un plan de niveau supérieur, mais cela m'amène à une autre préoccupation : le rapport qualité-prix. Je souhaite qu'il y ait un peu plus de flexibilité en ce qui concerne le nombre de sièges que je dois payer. Peut-être en faire un système de paiement par utilisateur au lieu de devoir choisir un nombre fixe de sièges.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana is flexible to meet our needs, has so much functionality, is fairly easy to use, and is reasonably priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Asana navigation bar can get crowded with projects, so it would be great to have some folders or something to organize them. For now, archiving or starring projects helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we were using spreadsheets or Planner in Teams. Asana allows for much more collaboration and excellent tool functionality.

I absolutely love working with Asana — it helps me stay organized across all my projects and makes it incredibly easy to integrate with multiple platforms. I use Asana every single day, and honestly, I’m not sure how I’d manage to get everything done without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to use BUT can take a minute to get the hang of and I think there are a lot of features that don't get used because lack of user knowledge, which could be helpful if using AI to give tips..?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to quickly get a clear overview of the status of multiple projects at a glance and easily see where things stand in the pipeline for each client or account. In the past, I had to reach out to others or dig through scattered information to find updates, but now everything is organized and easily accessible in Asana, making the process much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is incredibly user-friendly and flexible, making it easy to manage multiple projects and track progress in real time. The interface is intuitive, and new users can get up to speed quickly. I really appreciate how customizable the workflows are, allowing for both simple task tracking and more complex project planning. Integration with other tools (like Slack, Google Drive, and Zapier) has been seamless, and the mobile app keeps me connected on the go. Collaboration is smooth, with clear communication and task assignments, making teamwork much more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the number of features can be overwhelming, especially for new users or smaller teams that don’t need all the advanced options. Customization is great, but sometimes setting up automations or more complex workflows can require a bit of trial and error. The free plan is limited, so to really unlock the best features you need to upgrade. Reporting and analytics could also be more robust out of the box, especially for tracking productivity trends across projects.

Asana helps me solve the challenge of keeping all my projects, tasks, and team communication organized in one place. Before using Asana, I struggled with tracking who was responsible for what, meeting deadlines, and staying updated on project changes. Now, I can easily see the status of each task, assign work, set deadlines, and communicate directly within the platform. This has made my workflow much more efficient, reduced the risk of things falling through the cracks, and saved me a lot of time. Asana has also helped my team stay aligned and accountable, so we’re able to get more done together with less stress.

What do you like best about the product?
Tried Asana briefly. Clean interface, easy to pick up, and great for task visibility. Templates are solid and the timeline view is a win. That said, It can feel a little feature-heavy out of the gate, and notifications get noisy fast if you're not intentional. Some integrations I’d want more depth on, especially for scaling ops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Promising first impression, but I'd need more time to see if it can handle complex workflows without becoming another thing to manage.
