I really apprecitte the centralizations and integrations. Having a clear overview of multi-projects is game changing. The customer supoprt and trianings are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an incredibly intutive program but the learning curve is a big step. Though also not the hardest thing to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear oversight of objectives and tasks. No longer needing to ask for as many updates as I can easily see an overview.
My to-do list is so organized now!
What do you like best about the product?
I love My Tasks. It conveniently combines both my personal to-do items with tasks assigned to me that are connected to projects. I can see everything at a glance, and filter as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit daunting to get everything set up at first, but the webinars and tutorials have been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of deadlines, tasks, and general time management is primarily what I need Asana to help me do. Endless lists and meeting notes tend to result in losing track of things, but Asana helps me stay organized and I don't worry about forgetting important deadlines or priorities as much. And it frees up a little space in my brain for actually working on my tasks, since Asana handles tracking them.
Excellent, Accessible Training, Intuitive Set Up, Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
Working in Asana has brought clarity to task and project work. Getting into a new system is always a bit uncomfortable. Change can be intimidating. But after going through some of the trainings, I'm excited to have Asana over the previous project management system we were on. And the AI assistant makes everything even easier as it can provide instant information about tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve, but that could be said about any type of new system. Their training materials are really easy and actionable, but it still takes time to go through the motions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team organize around project so workflows are clear and smooth.
Many years using and still in love
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how no matter if you are on an enterprise package or a lower level it still has incredible functionality at the core. Every team I have worked with over the last 7 years has used Asana in so many different ways that it really is very customizable to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that Asana has been branching in AI tools, it would be nice if more were available at the lower tiers and not just enterprise - especially since most webinars are targeted to all level of user and are centered around these newer features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps our various client accounts on track.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
navigate and manage tasks. The ability to customize projects and integrate with other tools like Google Drive and Slack is also a significant benefit
What do you dislike about the product?
a high learning curve for advanced features, too many notifications, difficulty with personalization, and limitations in assigning multiple users to a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
disorganized teamwork, lack of visibility into project progress, and inefficient communication within teams.
Great Platform with Lots of Features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is excellent from the multiple ways to add tasks and projects to how to organize them in Teams and Portfolios. The Workflow automations cut down on a lot of steps which is great, and the aesthetics of the whole platform is very pleasing. We use this every day and as Project Manager I have multiple tabs with projects open at all times. It's been the easiest CRM to implement across the company - it's simple to onboard both new client projects as well as new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each task can only be assign to one person at a time so if it gets stuck on someone's list, others may not be aware in order to move things along and pick up the slack.
Subtasks feel hidden unless you intentionally go into a parent task so my team doesn't find them helpful to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us have all of our projects and tasks in one place. It's especially helpful for setting up recurring tasks so they auto-generate every week/month so we stay on track.
Excellent Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
At Zak Human Solutions, we support companies through every phase of growth with strategic HR and operational services. As our internal initiatives expanded, we needed a project management system that could keep pace. After evaluating several platforms, we selected Asana—and it’s exceeded our expectations.
Asana has helped us centralize project tracking, improve accountability, and stay ahead of deadlines without overwhelming our team. Whether we’re running a multi-phase HR infrastructure audit or coordinating content across departments, the clarity Asana brings has been invaluable.
The ability to break down large projects into manageable tasks, assign ownership, and track progress visually (via boards and timelines) has made our internal processes more transparent and collaborative. The Asana-Google Workspace integration has also been seamless, which is critical for our remote-friendly operations.
What stands out most is how Asana supports scalability without sacrificing usability. It works just as well for daily task management as it does for high-level strategic planning.
As a growing HR firm, we believe in efficiency through clarity—and Asana has become a core pillar of how we operate smarter every day.

It’s become the backbone of how we plan, execute, and deliver with consistency.
