Asana is fantastic for organizing work across multiple projects, teammates, clients and goals. It provides an easy place to capture and track tasks that need to be accomplished, be it large company-wide initiatives, or small one-off follow-up items mentioned in a meeting. Asana helps our team, who is fully remote, stay organized and connected to one another. We don't go a day without using it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has so many features and capabilities that if you don't use it right it can feel a bit all over the place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us solve the problem of staying on track with tasks. We are a fully remote team with clients all over the U.S., so it's paramount we keep detailed record of assignments, due dates, and deliverables. Asana helps us do that.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, managing multiple seller accounts, timelines, and priorities is part of my everyday workflow. What I love about Asana is how effortlessly it adapts to this dynamic environment. From breaking down complex seller issues into manageable action items to tracking deadlines and collaborating across internal teams, Asana makes it easy to stay organized and efficient. Its customizable workflows mean I can tailor each project to match specific seller needs without forcing a one-size-fits-all process. Plus, seamless integrations with other tools ensure that I'm always working within a connected system—saving time and driving better results for the sellers I support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana has been a valuable tool in managing my projects as a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, there are a few limitations I've encountered. For new users or smaller support teams, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first—especially when juggling complex projects with multiple collaborators. Although the interface is clean, there's a lot happening at once, which can take time to get used to. Some of the more advanced features like timeline views, goals, and automation rules are only available through premium plans, which can be restrictive for lean teams. Additionally, the absence of built-in time tracking and the inability to assign tasks to more than one person can limit flexibility when coordinating across different stakeholders or workflows.

> As a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, I manage a diverse portfolio of seller accounts, campaigns, and collaborative projects across multiple internal teams. Asana has become an invaluable asset by offering a centralized workspace where I can easily track progress and streamline collaboration. Whether it's onboarding new sellers, handling escalations, or working closely with marketing and compliance, Asana allows me to convert complex responsibilities into clearly assigned tasks with defined deadlines, helping minimize back-and-forth and ensuring consistent follow-through.

> What stands out most is the visibility it offers—I can instantly gauge where each seller is in their journey, identify blockers, and prioritize actions accordingly. It's also improved communication across distributed teams, making coordination easier regardless of location or time zone. Ultimately, Asana has brought structure and clarity to my workflow, leading to greater efficiency and, most importantly, enhanced seller satisfaction and success.

Great product to organize your work
What do you like best about the product?
Clear interface, they think about all of the ways that work interacts with small and large teams. Easy to use, easy to start to use, at a basic level it is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be a bit overwhelming to learn how to use all the bells and whistles. I wish there was a way to create a custom learning tutorial so that I can share with my team rather than sending them the generic one. As there may be things that don't apply for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me break down silos and push connectivity between my large team.

What do you dislike about the product?
few challenges continue to affect the overall experience:
1.Frequent need for customized project creation — especially when uploading bulk data via files — becomes tedious.
2.Rules and filters often fall short in managing complex workflows and team-specific requirements.
3.Bulk data handling isn’t as smooth, and lacks the flexibility needed for enterprise-level operations.

Lots of options, templates, fast...
What do you like best about the product?
So far I've been using the desktop app for daily tasks, the site for admin purposes only. Had only one interaction with customer support so I don't have much of an opinion there. Was easy to implement, no issues there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selection of items in Lists, and the text editor on the desktop app is a bit too excited and often selects more than what I wanted, when the same action in other apps does not cause the same issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can put different sources about a specific task inside one project. One place to find all the notes and info.
I'm amazed how Asana can help to optimize and make visible my daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's great that it can be syncronized with Gmail and Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
My fear is that getting to use it on a daily basis would take way to much time for me but I'm very excited to jump in and try to make it my best friend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I1m a new user so my hope is that it will eliminate the need of double/triple checking my emails when I'm working with ZenDesk ticketing
