Enhanced customer communication using Insider
What do you like best about the product?
We have signed up for Insider’s Web Push, which has been a very stable, extremely reliable product to send our users notifications on the go. Using this, we have been able to largely improve the communication with our customers, by sharing interesting things they’d like to click and read more about, or offers that they’d want to check out. Web Push makes it very easy to send push notifications by giving us the ability to schedule and automate them, and send them based on different customer segments, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The push notifications don’t come with too many customization options. For instance, there are not many different ways in which we can choose the placement of an image. Would like to see improvements in this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be in constant touch with our customers without making them weary of it. Push notifications seemed like a great alternative to sending lengthy emails that people don’t even read fully. Using these crisp pieces of content/messaging, we have been able to improve our communication with our customers and convey our messages without bothering them too much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many web push solutions available, but from our experience, nobody else creates an experience quite like Insider. The tool is very easy to use and requires minimal technical knowledge, and can be of great benefit to businesses of all kinds and sizes.
Huge success with loyalty cards
What do you like best about the product?
We like how efficient and successful Insider’s capabilities are. They were able to take the communication channel that we were struggling with, and turn it into one of our most successful marketing communication channels. The tool, the team, and the level of support were great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we dislike about Insider. The tool and the support that the team provides have gone beyond our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to increase the number of customer registration and re-engage our current customers via our mobile app. We used Insider’s Mobile App Suite Segments in remarketing and the results were amazing. Not only did our customer's sign-ups increase but also the app engagement has increased. Overall, we were very pleased with the results of the program.
Coupons led to CR uplift of 2.7%
What do you like best about the product?
With our customers using mobiles more than other devices, we wanted a solution to help us drive revenues on mobile. The Insider team suggested the use of coupon overlays in our mobile app, leading to the relevant product page. By doing this, we were able to achieve an uplift in CR of 2.7%. We also used Insider’s in-app feedback/survey tool to better understand our customers and improve the experience we provide them. Both of these have been pleasing to work with and we are happy with the results achieved, as well.

The feedback tool could have more customization options..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue generation and improved customer understanding were our goals. The coupon overlays were a surprisingly simple solution that aided effective revenue generation, while honest feedback gathering helped us understand our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is a very capable platform that has set us on the way to achieving our ambitious marketing goals. There is a lot of potential in this product and we would highly recommend this based on our experience.

There are not many things that I don't like about Insider.

We wanted to build customer trust and loyalty towards us because finance, especially cryptocurrency, is something that is approached with a good amount of hesitancy, in general. Insider has helped us create goals and build journeys that are designed to convert, and the interactive mobile app features help make our brand exciting and interactive for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the reliability of Insider’s support system. Their customer success team and account management support teams are very responsive and helpful. With their help we were able to get the full benefits of their tools and see results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish their pricing would be different. Their Technical Support Team should pay more attention for Testing processes, especially while we are trying to create complex templates. We would be happy to spend less time for testing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to increase customer engagement on all platforms, and Insider’s tools helped us achieve our goals. We were very satisfied with their 3D customer customer experience reports and guidance, and their Partner Success Team Redesign system. With their help, we were able to reach our goal and increase customer engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like most about our experience with Insider is the efficiency and effectiveness of the Smart Recommender. It gathers and understands various metrics of user data to present the aptest recommendations for our customers. In turn, our customers are able to have an improved experience on the website, and when presented with an easier way to access what they’re likely looking for, we speed up their path to purchase and improve their conversion rate. This is great, reliable technology that we really enjoy using.

The reporting panel has faced some glitches once in a while.

Improved recommendations mean improved business. We looked for a solution to aid us in executing this. With Smart Recommender, our goals have been realized and we are on a trajectory of sustained growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Banking has always had different products for different categories of customers. But, Insider is the first solution that has allowed us to deliver a truly tailored experience across our digital channels that are in line with our products. Using Insider’s AI-backed segmentation, we have been able to create entirely different pages, layouts, and choices for different segments of customers, and this has been hugely successful in improving our form fill-ups and subsequently, conversion rates.

The product is just a little expensive, although very much worth the money.

We wanted to offer truly tailored experiences to both our existing and potential customers. With the segmentation capabilities provided by Insider, we have been able to achieve this faster than we imagined, and what’s more, we are able to consistently improve this by testing out various elements and using the results from our tests to make changes.

We love the feature of predicting search terms and displaying search results that are unique to each user based on their affinity. It is one of the coolest features we have on our website which really helps us stand apart from our competition. We also especially love the support offered by the Insider team which is quite unparalleled and makes the entire experience that much better.

Prior to using Insider, our idea of personalization was limited to using a customer’s name in communication with them and possibly reminding them of things they left on their cart. It might take a little time for amateurs to understand the many options offered by Insider, but that isn’t exactly something to dislike about the platform. Rather, just an observation of ours.

Our account managers at Insider bring us the best of global insights and best practices, and we enjoy the localized expertise from their team in our country. This is all that any marketer could ask for. Next is the technology and platform - which are easy to use and set up and meet all the requirements. The product is truly great and the team's support makes it a wonderful overall experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to messaging features, we would love to see more functionality for the Facebook business. We think there is scope to add more exciting features and rich messaging options for Facebook messenger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital transformation of our online presence was one of our biggest challenges, and it was also our primary goal while we were evaluating our options. When we came across Insider, we thought that some promises were too good to be true. But it turns out we had underestimated the platform. We were able to increase the engagement on our website, improve our conversion rates and also optimize the customer journey and the booking (conversion) workflow on our site. We’re using their range of web engagement products like Instory, web push, emails, and messaging channels like Facebook and WhatsApp.
