Insider has set the bar high for hyper-personalized B2B marketing

What do you like best about the product?
We used to think B2B marketing can’t be very exciting and we can only do so much about it. But Insider completely turned that around for us. With Insider, we have unlocked the fun, engaging and exciting side of B2B marketing that is full of possibilities and growth that pleases us. Their products are top-class and they have a support team that we can’t help but love. They truly feel like one of our own, and we have had the most splendid marketing experience that one could desire.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Insider is quite close to perfection, in our opinion. The recommendation would be to add an user manuel showing tips tricks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a solid, reliable way of reaching out to our customers across different channels, send them helpful content, be in constant communication with them to encourage them to keep coming to us for more. Insider’s Architect, in combination with Web Push and their web and mobile suite have been awesome for us. We love being able to personalize our website using Insider’s products
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is a great marketing partner to have, not only for today but for tomorrow. We see the ability to grow as a company alongside Insider as they grow, and we think Insider has a lot to offer for businesses around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has all the makings to stitch together scattered anonymous and known data into actionable customer data profiles. The platform's Canvas streamlines personalized customer journey creation and delivery thanks to its easy-to-use drag and drop editor. I like how Architect Insider's journey-building tool gives you the next best channel recommendations and insight into what's performing. I'm also a big fan of InStory, thumbnails that expand to fullscreen stories. We feature products, hashtags, bestsellers, and more in these social media style stories. InStory has significantly increased our mobile engagement rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support has been fantastic. I’d love to see even more use cases for my industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re modernizing our customer experience. We’re using Insider’s best-in-class customer data platform and action layer to craft personalized experiences that reach customers where they want our brand to be. The other big thing we’re solving for is scale. Before Insider, launching a personalized campaign was time-consuming and involved multiple stakeholders. With the platform, we’ve significantly streamlined the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider has a variety of features to help you deliver the unified experiences your customers want. My best advice is to have a clear goal when you start. What is it that you want to achieve? By when? Insider’s incredible support team will help you roadmap your way there.

What do you like best about the product?
When you sell a large number of products serving different functions, it’s no small task to enable easy product discovery for your customers. With Insider’s Smart Recommender, we have been able to understand individual shoppers, what they’re looking for, what their preferences are, and other basic data about them as well and then serve them recommendations most suited to what they’re likely to look for. This has proven to be very successful for us as it eliminates unnecessary steps from our customers’ journeys, saving them a lot of time and helping them focus more on adding the right products to their carts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s been quite straightforward and pleasant, the whole experience with Insider so far. Nothing to dislike here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to facilitate better product discovery. Smart Recommender has enabled us to do just that in the easiest way we could imagine. It does all the data sifting and analysing for us, and goes on to display most relevant products, and this is something that is constantly improving and being worked on, so it only keeps getting better. We have had higher conversion rates on our website since we started using Insider.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is a capable platform that can do wonders. Go for it without a second thought.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a single platform to understand and target very different shoppers across IPL, grooming, and small appliance categories.
Web experiences that adapt in real time, highlighting the most relevant Braun and Oral‑B products and campaigns for each visitor.
The ability to launch new campaigns quickly around key seasons and promotions without relying heavily on our development team.Smart scenarios for cart recovery and repeat purchases that help us rescue baskets and increase average order value at critical moments.
Clear reporting and A/B testing so we can see which journeys create truly incremental revenue instead of just clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because our brand has a large catalog and many use cases, choosing which segments and journeys to prioritize at the start took some time. Once we aligned on “quick‑win” flows together with the Insider team, it became much faster to scale into more advanced scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being known for quality products, we wanted to offer a quality customer experience on our website through personalization. Smart recommendations with Insider, we have improved our product discovery experience, with the added benefit of seamlessly cross-selling other products without being irrelevant. This has resulted not only in improved conversions but also an overall increase in average order value per customer, which is a very delightful improvement, indeed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to make marketing easy for yourself and your team, while also offering an unbeatable customer experience, then Insider is our only suggestion to go with. The platform packs a powerful punch with technology that is constantly evolving and features that are so effective that they’ll surprise you.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s assortment of tools that we decided to use have not only provided great results that encourage our marketing team, but they’ve also had a significant, positive impact on our customers and how they experience our brand. Using social proof, we have been able to show our customers that there are many others just like them who’ve purchased the product they are looking at, and this gives them the trust needed to go ahead and shop with us. We have also been able to send delightful, tiny bites of communication through Web Push which was surprisingly effective, a lot more than other push tools that we had come across before.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see some more types of social proof messaging that we can display to our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to impact the overall personalization and brand experience on our website. Using Insider, we have been able to improve on these aspects greatly, and we have also seen a good increase in product-page visits, made possible by the remarkably improved product discovery using Insider. Web Push was also useful in improving and increasing the traffic coming into our website, which we appreciate, too.

What do you like best about the product?
The cart reminder in Insider’s web suite is a highly functioning, extremely efficient tool that has helped us recover hundreds of carts. Their range of products for the web are very responsive, enabling us to build individualized customer experiences at various touch points. We love being able to customize and tweak so many minute elements of a user’s experience, and this goes a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction and happiness. Since Insider’s deployment on our website, we have seen an increase in intent-driven purchases, which have resulted in higher AOV and a general growth in CR.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d like to experiment with more variety of templates for the overlays on the website, which is not as extensive as it could be at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IKEA’s offline services are renowned for their customer centric approach. We wanted to bring that to our digital offerings, too. Insider’s personalization suite for the web and mobile have been amazingly efficient in helping us offer a sensible, truly customer-focused experience that our customers love and spread word about. Our customers have rewarded us with increased spending on products, improving our AOV and conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has built a suite of highly powerful products that have propelled us towards great growth across all the metrics we had our eyes on - page views, new user acquisition, and clicks. All the products from Insider come in a simple, easy to use form, making it a pleasing experience for everyone on our team. Using the cart reminder function from Insider’s web suite has given us a tremendous uplift in cart recovery, while InStory has improved our product discovery by leaps and bounds. We have seen higher AOV and increased product page views since the implementation of these tools from Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
We couldn’t find a lot of use cases and scenarios for InStory which is a stunning product. We hope to see more of those in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We, at IKEA, seek to elevate the personalization experience of our customers in every way possible. In Insider, we saw immense potential in this and we decided to go for them mainly for this reason. Since then, we have had improved AOV and revenue, along with the enhanced personalization we are now able to offer our digital customers. InStory has also levelled up our merchandising and our team still gets excited to see InStory on our website and app, every day.

What do you like best about the product?
We love Insider for the many number of features it packs in a rather simple, lightweight platform that can help us manage marketing across multiple channels. For the marketing tasks so widespread and robust, Insider is a powerful yet very easy to use tool that is very clear in its usage with fast issue resolution, and plenty of consistent updates and improvements. They have a product called Architect, their cross-channel campaign management platform and this particular product has been a star for us among all the other products we have chosen to use from Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features were a little unnecessary for us, but that’s rather a matter of convenience than something to dislike. We don’t really have any pain points with the product, per section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We, of course, wanted to improve our conversions and gain more revenue from our digital retail channels. We also wanted to encourage and grow the sport community through personalized experiences on our website. We have been able to get good engagement from our customers with the personalized experiences we offer, and we have had a steady number of sign-ups to our web push notifications. Through those, our dreams of engaging with our user community has come true and we are quite happy with the results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You get a lot more than what you pay for with Insider, even if that pay seems hefty at first. So don’t let the cost discourage you from choosing one of the best marketing platforms available today.

What do you like best about the product?
The freedom and the lucidity provided by the platform to create campaigns that can address your unique needs. We are a marketplace tech software and it’s important for us to optimize our stocks and dropshipping. With Insider we were able to drive our value proposition to our customers effectively and with high conversion rates. This is because their platform gave us the freedom to custom design campaigns and messaging and the flexibility to engage our customers across channels. We’ve been able to increase our package-sells tremendously!
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re unable to narrow down on something to dislike, however, we feel like there are many features that can be optimized to allow us more freedom and flexibility in our campaigns. One point would be if Insider made some of its core functionality available across platforms without the need for additional buy-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would not say that there was any business problem as such, but we were looking for a tool that would help us optimize and refine the engagement strategy that we had in place. And Insider fit the bill. Not only have we optimized alot of our metrics, but we’ve also been able to drive greater engagement and lifetime value from our customers. Our product shipping from the US to various parts of the world option has seen significant improvements over the past quarter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not many marketing platforms can make bold claims and live up to those claims every day. In our experience with Insider’s platform, we’ve observed that they go over and beyond expectations every day. Not only with the products but also in terms of the account management and the way in which they resolve our queries. Our recommendation would be - Yes, go for Insider.
