What do you like best about the product?
In our experience with Insider, we have found their user segmentation to be one of the best in class. Their algorithm is pretty incredible, and we have had great success in using their segmentation feature to divide and target our users for maximum efficiency of our marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their web push is decent, but easily gets eclipsed behind their other products. It would be good to see some innovation from Insider there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve the adaptation of our app, including user acquisition. Along with this, we also hoped to sharpen our marketing campaigns by targeting the right audience with the most ideal message for them. Using Insider’s platform has helped us fulfill these needs of ours perfectly.

Insider is a stunning platform that works wonderfully whether you choose just one product or a bunch of them. We think choosing the right products makes all the difference, because you don’t want to be spending money on something that might not be right for your business. The team from Insider is great at suggesting the ones most apt, so we suggest having a thorough discussion with them and picking what is best suited for your business goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has turned out to be quite the all-rounder for us. The products don’t just serve one specific goal or purpose, but rather, they drive overall performance improvement across various indicators. They have helped us lift up a number of different metrics such as conversions, engagement, and even the time spent on our website.

We would like to see the push notifications product become more flexible when it comes to image uploads.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s push messaging and gamification set the platform wide apart from others in their range. These two features have performed phenomenally for us, with gamified experiences leading to a 20% uplift in AOV, and app push messaging delivering a stunning 30x ROI that took us by surprise. We haven’t worked with another platform that has the same caliber, enabling immense growth, the way Insider and its wonderful team does.

We love having an exhaustive list of templates for customization which make our jobs easier by many counts. We also really appreciate the account manager who helped us customize segments and rules that we were able to apply to unique use cases and scenarios, effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the web suite has a large set of templates, the app doesn’t have as many. Would love to see some more options for the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our overall app engagement needed an overhaul, and we also wanted to be able to better highlight promotional campaigns on our website. The app engagement got a great boost from Insider’s app push messaging, and the insights from these features enabled us to further correct and improve our campaigns to be as successful as they can be.

Insider is a brilliant platform that has worked incredibly well for us, and with a stellar account management team, they have the capability of adapting this platform to all business’ needs and goals.

Most effective Onsite Personalization

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Support Team is very helpful. They helped us pick the right product, and assisted us all throughout the integration process. We were very pleased with the level of support we got from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still in the onboarding process, but so far we like everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with personalising the content on our website for each of our customers, which resulted in low page visits and low engagement. Insider recommended Onsite Personalization, which helped us update our website so that it would appeal to our customers individually. As a result, we were able to see higher engagement on our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We would recommend Insider to companies who are struggling with personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is the tool we use every day, and it is difficult to imagine a campaign we launch without Insider. We like almost everything: the platform itself, their account management team, and especially personalization and mobile app products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes longer to launch customized campaigns compared to ordinary ones, but we are still glad that we can use customization. We want to have more gamification scenarios and more templates in the mobile app. And we want to get more details on reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I guess we've already gone through everything together with Insider during the last five years. We wanted to unify our customer data and build communication across all channels. We wanted to create accurate segments and personalize our website and mobile app according to our customers' needs. With Insider, we were able to do that. We went deep into Insider's product and found many functions that are not visible at a glance. For example, Mobile App API push. Concerning our mobile app, the integration took two weeks to a month, and it was required only once. Since that moment, we have launched an average of 100 campaigns per year in Sportmaster's mobile app. With Insider, we have an excellent opportunity to test all the campaigns and elements even in our mobile app, which is our primary communication channel. We can use gamification and mobile app templates, which no one else has.

With this platform, you can communicate with your user in a channel this user prefers most, so test different Insider's products to find the ones you need. And it is essential to work closely with Insider's consultants not to miss all the product opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's user-friendly interface, extensive feature set, dynamic personalization options, and efficient customer support have given us the power to optimize our onsite experience and achieve extraordinary results. With this platform, we effortlessly create personalized Web Push notifications, employ advanced segmentation techniques, conduct A/B test campaigns, and utilized real-time behavioral triggers. The outcomes delivered by this platform have been nothing short of outstanding propelling our business to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The impressive results more than made up for the initial hiccups we faced during WebSuite's integration and configuration. Insider's account manager helped us navigate through the initial learning phase seamlessly and helped us leverage the features to their full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling big time in promoting our products and getting good conversions despite numerous marketing campaigns. The Growth Consultants at Insider proposed we use their Web Suite to improve the layout of our website which led to a great browsing experience to our customers. The team suggested we optimize our website’s layout to improve its UI. To further engage our lost or distracted users who had abandoned their carts, we decided to explore Insider’s Web Push Notifications. This implementation of Insider’s product uplifted our conversion rates in the first month itself.

We looked at a lot of different companies, but we were most interested in Insider because of the variety and efficiency of their tools. We truly believe that they have the technology to provide the best data analysis and give the best strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for ways to improve our campaigns, and Insider’s tools helped us achieve our goals. We especially enjoyed using Web Suite, which was very easy to integrate and use. By using Web Suite we were able to achieve an increase in revenue, conversion rates and overall better campaign performance.

We have experienced some glitches on the platform, however, they were solved immediately so we did not have any long-term problems.

Our main goal was to increase campaign conversions by finding new ways to improve our seasonal and discount promotions. We were trying to run too many campaigns at once, which decreased their effectiveness, however, after working with Insider we were able to understand the strategies that worked best, and improve those.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is really good at collecting and analysing data, which is very helpful when it comes to improving marketing strategies. With their help, we were able to increase our efficiency and let go of the campaigns that weren’t working. We would recommend Insider to companies who are looking to work more efficiently and achieve better results.

25% uplift in conversion rate with Insider’s exit intent triggers

What do you like best about the product?
We use a combination of some amazing products from Insider and one of the most successful ones for us has been the exit intent triggered cart reminder in their web suite. It resulted in a 25% uplift in CR for us. We also used their A/B testing feature and observed a 14.43% CR uplift from those campaigns. In addition to all this, their smart recommender is another great product that displays auto-optimized recommendations on all of our pages using AI. These recommendations help us with behavioral targeting, which have improved our AOV because of their relevancy to each user’s preferences and behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see more templates being constantly added to the suite, so that we would be able to try out new ones every quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to enhance our website using personalized experiences. We hoped for this to contribute to an increase in our CR and AOV. We were also keen on carrying out A/B tests to help us understand with data what works and what doesn’t on our website. With Insider’s wide set of tools that we signed up for, all of our problems have been addressed, with remarkable uplifts in CR as mentioned above, and an overall improvement in our website. Product discovery is also faster and we are very pleased with these outcomes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For remarketing across multiple platforms and channels, Insider is the most useful, robust solution out there. They have an incredible set of features supported by a truly wonderful account management team that is available at all points in time. Insider is a great choice for all businesses to take their marketing to the next level.

Stunningly effective features in a comprehensive CDP

What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider has been a very pleasant experience so far. Some of my favorite products from their offerings are Web Push, and the social proof section of their onsite suite. Both of these are such noticeably small additions to our digital marketing strategy, but have had a surprisingly amazing effect on our sales and conversions.

We have had an increased number of product page views, overall increase in traffic, and higher AOV. I could see that our customers had improved brand trust and on average, were buying more from us in one session than they were prior to implementing Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was more room for experimentation with layouts and image placement on the web push and social proof tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main goal when we signed up with Insider was to improve our website’s conversions and engagement. Web push and social proof, along with a host of other products from Insider’s kitty came to the forefront to make a complete transformation of our website - both from the customer’s end and from ours.

For our customers, they experience a far more personalized website that really speaks to them and their needs, and for us on the marketing side, it is a breeze to carry out all kinds of marketing tasks within one platform with utmost ease.

Increase in Email Open Rate with A/B Testing

What do you like best about the product?
We liked how multifunctional all of the tools were. We tried A/B testing for email, and not only did we see an increase in eMail open rate, but we saw an increase in mobile app new user acquisition and even revenues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some minor hiccups in the Architect integration, but they were resolved quickly without causing further delay. Nothing much to dislike, really, in our experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main concern was our email communication strategies were not working, because the email opening rates were very low. After we started working with Insider, we saw an 13% increase in the email open rate, which helped us strengthen our email marketing strategies.
