What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers one of the most exciting ways of displaying product recommendations - InStory. Since integrating it into our mobile website and app, we have seen a positive improvement in conversions, by nearly 10%. We have also seen an overall enhancement of customer engagement with our brand after their interactions through InStory. We enjoy being able to provide a highly personalized product discovery experience in a tried and tested way that’s known to work well. Insider’s story feature is definitely one of the best offered by any such platform available today.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been rather pleased with the product in all aspects and haven’t found a reason to be unhappy or dislike something so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InStory has helped us solve the biggest pain point facing our customers that we weren’t able to crack - improving product discovery. Our team wanted a new, exciting way to gather customers’ attention and convince them to check out our recommendations. InStory is a highly efficient solution that has been successful far more than we thought it would be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider has truly innovated its offerings to fit the latest developments in customer experience, and InStory is a great example of that. We would highly recommend a company like this that takes the time and puts in the effort to understand the market and create a remarkable product like InStory that fills a gap in an effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has become one of the pillars of our growth marketing strategy. It allows us to inject steroids into our websites and complementary channels so we can constantly over archive our acquisition and engagement goals. No brainer.

Boost in email success with Insider's Email product

What do you like best about the product?
We really liked the simplicity of Insider’s platform. Before working with Insider, we were having trouble with analysing the data from our customers and applying that to improve our communication channels. Insider’s tools helped us collect data on our communication efforts, understand what was working, and strategize to increase our engagement. Now, we are able to generate more successful email and mobile app campaigns with less effort
What do you dislike about the product?
We really like Insider's email solution because it has improved our email deliverability. Along with it, our email open rates and click rates have also increased. So no reasons to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our email communication was getting very low engagement, so we were having trouble announcing new products and updates to our customer database. After working with Insider, we were able to craft more interesting emails that resonated with our customers, and in turn we saw a huge increase in email open rates, email click rates and a decrease in unsubscribe rates.

Great recommendation strategy for user journey engagement

What do you like best about the product?
We really like the ease of integration of the tools and also their effectiveness. Other products we’ve used before were easy to set up at first, but ran into some problems in further stages. Insider’s tools are easy to integrate and are easy to use in all pages, including 404, Search, Cart and more. In addition to the ease of use the products are very effective and provide a considerable increase in click rates, engagement and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would appreciate a local language panel. Also sometimes, the customized feature or template would take a while for Insider to respond. Other than that we are happy with Insdier's service and product provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Insider’s Smart Recommender to create more individual journeys for our customers and increase engagement. The tool provided tailored recommendations that attracted our customers, and we were able to see a 10% increase in conversion rates and 12% increase in website revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The team had always had so many ideas as to how to give our customers the best onsite experiences and Insider has given us the tools to make those ideas a reality. We’re delighted with the variety of experimentations we can run in order to optimize conversion rates and drive revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes quite a lot of effort to extrapolate learnings from huge data set connected to Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to provide a good quality shopping experience as well as a quality night’s sleep, so constantly enhancing and improving our UX and UI changes is a key priority for us. We were looking for a platform that could help us make those changes based on what actually works for our customers, not what we think might work for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s personalized, auto-optimized recommendations are a game changer for our business and how our users engage with us on our website. Using behavioral targeting, we are able to deliver a data driven personalized experience, complete with displaying the most relevant content for different user types to engage with. This has been phenomenal for our engagement and facilitating improved, faster product discovery.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Insider is the results we have achieved by working with them. We were able to see a sustained increase in the success rate of our campaigns. Before, our campaigns only provided short-term success, and with each campaign we were back to square one. Insider’s tool helped us create campaigns that guarantee long term success, which resulted in higher engagement, revenue and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates provided by Insider did not meet our needs 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a cosmetics company, online sales decreased during the pandemic due to the inability of consumers to test out products. So, we were looking for ways to increase the traffic on our website. Insider’s Web Suite helped more customers to get on our website and spend more time there, which led to an increase in conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
There are all kinds of customers with a variety of different requirements when they’re buying a car, especially a second hand one. And it also requires a lot of trust and confidence in the dealer one buys from. Insider’s conversion suite has enabled us to build dependable relationships with our customers by making sure we display unique content and take them on their own journeys to different goals when they’re on our website. By providing a personalized experience, Insider has helped us build trust with our customers, leading to more form fill ups, larger lead collection, and ultimately, purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we love the product for all its abilities right now, we would also like to see more use cases and ways to make the most of the conversion suite.

As an added benefit of deploying Insider and providing delightful personalized experiences through the conversion suite, we have also been able to improve customer engagement and their overall experience with us. What do you like best about the product?
Insider delights us with the ability to create as many campaigns as we want, at any time, each with different goals. The best part about this is that it often takes us only a matter of minutes to set up a campaign and get it going. We have created seasonal campaigns with different themes, discount campaigns for various segments of our users, and a lot more. All these campaigns have given phenomenal conversions and using the able help of the account management team from Insider, we are able to constantly keep tweaking our campaigns for changes and improving them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see more detailed reporting for our web push campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Largely, our goal was to increase conversions and revenue. We have achieved precisely that using Insider’s dependable technology with the help of their team.
