What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many attributes for segmentation that it can be very attractive and also overwhelming in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have gained a deeper understanding of our customers in a way that no previous vendor was able to offer us. With this understanding, we are able to create experiences across different channels that customers actively respond to and engage with.
Our conversions are higher, and there's a definitive improvement in the quality of traffic we have been getting into our website because we have been able to target our campaigns a lot more precisely using Insider.

It brought us growth opportunities through making the process of connecting new clients with our sales team so much easier.One reason that we love working with Insider is their wonderful customer support team who were there for us to solve any problem and helped us excel in our marketing operations. They truly made us feel at home and showed what we can get the most out of their products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no major issues using their products. Only thing was that the loading time took longer than expected once in a while.

We were looking for a well grounded way to connect with our customers across different channels and understand their needs. Insider’s products, especially the Architect and Web Push, were really helpful in personalising our website and sustaining a long-term relationship with our customers.

Great marketing tool with a bunch of capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
We like that Insider covers almost all our needs regarding communication with our clients. We really like their account managers — always quick and skilled support. And the panel itself is very user-friendly, there you can find all the analytics you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. Due to the special nature of the medical field we can not transfer the information about purchases, because it is a medical secret.That's why we can't use a part of the segmentation functionality of Insider. We definitely dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using Insider to provide an effective engagement with our users. This plays a special role in the medical field especially in our time. This is a very relevant topic during a pandemic. Depending on the wave of morbidity, health care requirements changed, and it was necessary to quickly adapt to this. With the help of Insider, we could quickly place informational banners for different cities (many time zones) with the requirements for each specific region in order to regulate the flow of people and comply with safe testing. This is only one case, but we launch a lot of different campaigns every week.

Focus on the products that bring the best results. You should first think of the industry you're working in while building a roadmap. Insider has a lot amazing products, I recommend first testing all of them and find out which one suits your business more.

Everything has been brilliant but the integration took longer than expected.
But considering how big the product is, we can understand why the process took as long as it did.

Reading a blog about personalization and recommendation engines - 5000 SKUs on our website - the biggest challenge we’re always dedicated to is how to continue to improve customer experience. There’s only so much we can do manually. As we deployed more campaigns, we realised there is so much more we could do with the platform than our initial scope of work.

What do you like best about the product?
We like how Insider offers the whole package, from integrating the platform to analyzing user behavior, creating 1:1 journeys, and collecting customer feedback. Since we know they take care of every step of the customer journey, and they give us the best recommendations to improve the journey, we can trust them with all our website and app improvements. So far all the recommendations they’ve given us have been very on-point and we’ve seen results in a very short time.

At first we were a little confused with navigating the panel due to the high number of features and functions. After working with the support team we were able to find our way around the platform and now we are not experiencing any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to create more personalized customer journeys, but we did not have the data to build these journeys. Insider’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) helped us understand our customers and find new and engaging ways to engage with them. After working with Insider, we saw a considerable improvement in our customer satisfaction, which we analyzed with Insider’s NPS surveys.

Insider was one of the best decisions we’ve made regarding our customer experience. It was a very low-effort but high result partnership. We are very satisfied with all of the results.

Insider is a perfect tool allowing you to design personalized communication with the client through many channels of reaching: webpush, e-mail or banners. The most valuable tool are recommenders - they help you to carry out cross-sell and up-sell activities. Cooperation with technical support takes place via a technical ticket. On a daily basis, the project is looked after by a customer success manager who is always helpful and works very precisely and quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
We have found critical tasks easy to implement with Insider’s platform. For example, The Copperwired team has a new promo every 2 weeks and we are able to change banners on the website with ease. We request the Insider Help Center to assist in changing banners with multiple calls to action buttons, allowing us to test various campaigns for optimal success.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are currently testing smart recommender & usage of the filtering options within this product aren’t exactly what we had in mind. However, as the product improves we are expecting this to get better also.

Our goal with Insider was to increase conversion on the website, and we have found a significant uplift in conversion via the onsite capabilities & Smart recommender.
